Very satisfactorily. I first contacted them in May and then I got sidetracked and didn't get back in touch until September. But they honored the bid they had made in May. Jason cake by for two9 consultations and agreed to all me special requests. They went out of their way to do the job properly, including moving a dead vehicle that blocked the garage door and reinstalling the storm doors when they were finished painting. Janelle in the home office kept me well informed throughout the process. Reliable, efficient and very reasonably priced. I recommend them.

    Jane DiPierro Painting
Excellent job! Thanks Jane! Jane has assembled a great and quality oriented crew. They all were very hard working and very detail oriented on both house and trim. Also, very nice people and easy to get along with. The price was very reasonable, even with extras such as sanding. They were very neat and always cleaned up afterwards. They left yesterday and I cant tell they were ever here - except for our newly shining house! Highly recommended!

Excellent results, a price that was more than fair, timely beginning and completion exactly as promised, thorough clean-up every day. Plus Jason and Janelle were great people to do business with. Would hire again in a heartbeat.

    Gorilla Painting & Gutter
Eddie has helped me out in our house in Providence and a house we were selling in Cranston. In Providence, he fixed all of the gutters, painted the outside and the inside. In Cranston, he repainted the interior of the whole house to prepare it for sale. He is great to deal with- responsive, reasonable and thorough. His crew did a fantastic job at both houses and the house in Cranston had an offer right after he finished. I highly recommend Eddie and would absolutely work with him again.

    AMERICAN EAGLE PAINTING
Repainting of my cape cod style house was an excellent, by-the-book experience as I was hoping it would be. From the estimate and contract to the prep work and final coat Rui (along with his assistant) was professional, industrious and skillful. He even managed to locate and plug up a small hole in a dormer roof area that a bird occasionally would get into -- much appreciated! They worked full days, weekdays and Saturday, and were done in 5 days not counting the earlier power washing and one rain day. The finished job looks great and will hopefully be long-lasting. I can recommend the company without hesitation.

Terrific service. The carpentry on the front door required building some new pieces of trim and it looks great. The painting on both the front door (rather complex, since there's a lot of ornamental trim painted 2 different colors) was perfect; garage looks great. Jason was extremely accommodating about working with our schedule as we needed this done before we had some landscaping. Would definitely hire again.

Kevin was professional and responsive throughout the entire process. He installed fitting rooms, a kitchenette, painted and installed our counter as well as overseeing the electrical and carpet installation. I needed an accelerated timeline and he got everything done on time and done right. His crew was also friendly and did great work.

    Providence Painting Pros
nitially, Bianchi provided us the most professional, detailed estimate, including work with a S-W color consultant. We agreed to a 3% discount for schedule flexibility, told that meant probably a week, at least 3 days notice. So, the owner called one morning at 7:45am to say a crew was on their way, and it went downhill from there. Despite the detailed paperwork, the crew knew nothing about the job - and had logos identifying them as some other paint company, not Bianchi -- only 1 of the 6 spoke any English, and that 1 (the crew chief) was often gone. I had to stop them from buying paint to match current colors instead of the colors specified in writing with the owner. Prep work was rushed and haphazard (see photos). They painted the whole 1st coat satin finish instead of flat as specified, and missed many spots with the 2nd coat -20% of the house still didn't have coat 2 when they said "done"! They used a lower trim grade than specified until I caught it. Worse, for some of my black trim they used a leftover almost-black from a previous job (I checked the can I saw them using) instead of my black, so trim was mismatched. Lots of small spots of primer show-through or other poor work. Lots of overspray onto my brickwork and my windows. They also lost the screws from my rain downspouts. One wall blisters every time it rains or is humid. Owner had them come back to fix some things, but owner was unpleasant about that and with so, so many bad spots, some only visible from ladders, etc., there was just no way to catch everything at once - we're still finding them. Now, 9 months after painting, an entire side of the house is severely blistering, and blisters are starting to appear on the garage too. As a university professor, I was able to stay home to keep tabs on the job - taking up a LOT of my time -- but even then the end result is low quality. Had the crew been left alone, I imagine much worse. Despite the acknowledged issues the owner never stopped by to check on things himself, fwiw. Several neighboring houses of similar age, shingle condition, etc have been painted recently. All turned out better than our house, and for the 2 we know prices, at similar cost. Apples to apples, Bianchi was a bad choice

    Vectra Services
Shaig and his team were very professional. They completed the project on the budget we agreed on and in a timely manner. The crew was very courteous, responsive, and professional. I am a mom with a young child in the house and I felt very safe having them around. The house was painted about a year ago and still looks great. We have an older home with shingles and shutters. They scraped and painted all the shingles (replacing some where necessary), painted the trim, and replaced the shutters. After they were done we had a drain pipe come loose in a storm, and they came right over to fix it. Definitely reach out to Shaig - he does a great job.

    Vectra Services
Vectra Services was excellent. The owner was prompt in returning phone calls and scheduled a time for appraisal immediately. They gave fair estimates on the job, and set up a schedule for completion quite quickly. They held tightly to the schedule and finished right on time. More importantly, the quality of the work was excellent. Our kitchen cabinets, which were a drab blonde wood, were painted a nice white cream, and the entire room transformed. Overall, I would highly recommend this company. The owner is knowledgeable and professional, and the entire experience was excellent.
