Flavio was very professional from the time we first interacted. He was really easy to work with and punctual. He is very straight forward & will tell you what he can & can't do. He pays attention to detail, takes pride in his work and has fair pricing. One other thing I really liked is that he keeps his work area clean. I highly recomend him and plan on using him again.

    Vanger Window & Door
Vanger Window and Door was awesome. The install took longer than expected as the previous company who installed my door did not do a good job. Victor and his crew made sure I was happy with their work and the door before they left. I have asked for quotes for a bulkhead door replacement and another storm door for the front entrance.

    JCS Remodeling
From beginning thru end, Jeff and crew made the process very pleasant. There are going to be challenges in any complicated project, and we certainly ran into them in my 1973 home. Walls and ceilings that don't exactly line up anymore. Surprises discovered in the demolition. Original design that was not thought thru back in 1973. Vendors that deliver less than perfect pieces. JCS worked thru all these issues to reach workable solutions for me. Cost-wise, to sum it up, they charge a very reasonable price. They do the right thing. They handled extra issues while here, the "Plus" referring to remolding the adjoining den plus other issues that were on my "punch list" around the house. Jeff took care of all issues. He did not consider the job finished until every last issue was off the punch list. I believe his goal is to never end a ob without leaving a customer completely happy. The "Approximate cost of service" includes everything (cabinets, appliances, supplies on top of services). In my case, everything in the kitchen and dining room from head to toe was replaced. And many extras were done including adding a walk-out door. This was a very large job.

we were nervous about doing work in our 90 year old house, especially cutting through an outside wall to put in a slider with small deck!!! Flavio had great ideas and the process was seamless. He was punctual, responsive and very professional. The time it took to do the work was exactly what Flavio quoted. There wasn't even a mess. Flavio even came back in the spring to paint the wood shingles that were replaced from the job. We recommend this company to everyone!!!! Top Notch work!!

Kevin was professional and responsive throughout the entire process. He installed fitting rooms, a kitchenette, painted and installed our counter as well as overseeing the electrical and carpet installation. I needed an accelerated timeline and he got everything done on time and done right. His crew was also friendly and did great work.

Jerry Baribault & son did an excellent job. They are very professional, did everything as shown on their written contract, easy to work with, began and ended the job on schedule. I'm very pleased with their work, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

    VENTURE WINDOW LLC.
Venture Windows was recommended as my residence is an historic home and follows certain structural guidelines for improvements. I see i offer a somewhat different review than others however, I am writing to express my sincere disappointment with this company and asking that others seriously consider using them for installation. Very long story quite abbreviated - after waiting over three months for the order to arrive which was three storm doors (arrived on time), 6 sashes and 8 storm windows (I was informed that two months was waiting period), two sashes and two storms were incorrectly measured. The owner took responsibility for inaccurately measuring them. As I waited an additional five weeks for this order to be completed, two of three of my replacement storm doors would not operate. Two company installers appeared to have one of them in full working order. A day later it was not working again and I fixed it myself rather than experience any more frustration with a simple issue that could have been rectified. Finally, to my surprise, an ordered opaque bathroom window (ordered on June 12) was no longer offered and I was told by the owner could not be an option. I was told this on October 30. Importantly, it was listed on the invoice and no one communicated this to me. I now have a window not at all meeting my satisfaction. Needless to say, I was insulted by the compensation (or discount) that was offered by the owner in light of these inconveniences. Even more insulting was the offer he made to pay for the mini-blinds that I will now need to cover the bathroom window that they cannot replace ($37.00). I need to be clear - I do not write reviews. I only do so in order that others are aware as you consider this company for future window replacement/construction work. It is appalling that this is the customer service received I say this regardless of the tremendous financial cost and inconvenience that their errors have caused.

    Pride Locksmith
It went great - Mark texted ahead to let me know when he'd be here, arrived as noted, was cheerful and efficient/highly professional. I already had the lock and deadbolt set, but it took a bit of chiselling on both the door and the frame to get it to fit properly, and he did a very neat job and was great about explaining the setup both to me and to my tenants, given the lock type was somewhat different than the busted one he removed. I'll gladly hire him again next time something like this comes up - firstrate service at a very reasonable price!

    F. Oliveira's Home Improvement llc
My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the work done by F. Oliveira's Home Improvement. We had front stairs built over existing old cement stairs that started to fall apart and a new front porch and railings. He also replaced a broken storm door. Flavio is extremely meticulous, hard working, personable and easy to connect with via phone, text or email. The work was completed on schedule and at a fair price. We would hire again if needed and we highly recommend him.
