    The actual date of the removal was after I was seen, and when I said I was on a fixed income, I was assured I wouldn't be charged, but I was. This is the only part of the appointment I didn't care for. The medical part was fine.

    He's very thorough. Sometimes he even takes me early if I get there early. I have never had a problem with availability. He's wonderful in the office, he's a good doctor. My insurance pays for it all, I don't even see a bill.

    My most recent issue was with billing. After a treatment, the office staff refused my FSA card for what I knew was a $20 deductible. They insisted there was no deductible for my treatment. (there seems to be a regular turnover of office staff). About a week later, I received a bill in the mail for the $20 deductible. I spent some time on the phone between the office and then the groups billing office to straighten this out. I did end up paying the fee as I always new it was valid. My next visit to the office resulted in the same thing over again.
    The waiting area and treatment rooms are very drab and dated, and in much need of a modernizing.
    They once scheduled my appointment on Washingtons B-day. I pointed that out to them at the time. But they said it was OK. Low and behold when I went to the office for that appointment they were closed. On my next visit, I mentioned it to the office manager and how it was a waste of my valuable time. They didnt seem to be genuinely sympathetic. I think it's time to search for another office, but I will miss Dr. Zhou and have nothing but praise for her. The rest of the experience is another story.

    I have been seeing her for the past 8 years because she is always prompt with her appointments and very efficient and has a very nice manner about herself. She is also very qualified and she is on the staff of Brown University. She is very difficult to get an appointment with and may not be taking any new patients. I will continue to use her services in the future.

    She was very good. I was satisfied with the services. She was personable. The procedure I had was painful and she was very tuned in to the fact that it was painful. I had been to other doctors and had the same thing done and they used to say that it doesn't hurt, but it does. She was sensitive to the fact that it was a painful procedure and she was sympathetic to that and helpful.

    I have been a patient of Dr. Salisbury for several years, and am very pleased with our patient/doctor relationship. He listens--and remembers!--to what I'm saying. He seems to be very current with changes in medical practices. Sometimes you have to wait quite a while in the exam room before he comes in--but I suspect that is because he's speaking with other patients just as extensively as he does with me. So I always alot at least an hour for the appointment, and bring a book or magazine

    .My only real complaint is with the office administration. They are certainly nice people...BUT THEY DON'T RETURN VOICEMAILS!!! I called 3 times over the month of November to get an appointment with the GI guys. Not one call was returned. I finally drove to the UMG office in Cranston and pinned down one of the office personel to get an appointment.

    Other than that, I am very satisfied.

    That office is good that if there is some sort of issue with your skin that you need to see somebody right away, you will be seen. Which is important. Whether its a skin infection or whatever. I've been going to Marla for 20 years. The staff is friendly. It's good office space. She takes time to talk to you.

    He has had very good success with Dr. Bercovitch. She made a very important diagnosis. It was very fortunate. She is very keen. My husband is very pleased with her. I think he likes her manners and her expertise. I can say the staff was very good. I have been coordinating with them on the diagnosis that he had. I had spoken to the staff and they were very helpful. I have not been to the office. So far it has been a very good experience overall. There have been no complaints from my husband as a patient. There have been no complaints from hearing him complain or having an experience myself. It has been pretty easy to get in there. I am not sure how the office environment is. We haven't had any problems with billing and administration. My husband will continue to use her in the future.

    Dr. Iwamoto was a refreshingly kind and smart doctor. The teaching fellow who works with him was also very courteous. Dr. Iwamoto is highly professional, as well. The billing people had trouble getting their part right, which I do not believe reflects on Dr. Iwamoto, as he is part of a large group and has little if any direct contact with the billers office.

    The staff was friendly and had my medical record ready. We went into an exam room within 15 minutes and saw the doctor soon. He was clear in his evaluation and explanations. The biopsy was not needed at this time and another therapeutic option was recommended.
