Very good! Great, were able to ***** that my cat was doing very well and did not need to be euthanized at another vet that he needed to be.

    Murrayhill Veterinary Hospital
When Rebecca observed the state of Ruckus's anal area (where the skin was inflamed), she proactively assessed the need to have Dr Scholnic examine him. The two concluded that they needed to treat him for an infection using topological antibiotics in addition to the anal sack express. Rebecca's pro-active action prevented a potentially more serious infection from occuring. This is typical of the type of professionalism our dog recieves from the quality oriented Murrayhill staff

    Best Care Animal Hospital
The appointment for our 1 year old Rottweiler unfortunately was a horrible experience (mostly for my dog). I have been bring my animals to Best Care for about 4 years now, we had just gotten a new Rottie puppy in May 2019 and his first few visits were fine, nothing out of the ordinary. This last visit however on 6/22/2020 was far from great. With the current COVID restrictions happening right now there were understandably going to be some hurdles we needed to deal with during this visit. For example I could not be in the exam room with my dog, which is fine. So instead of allowing King the time he needed to get used to his surroundings in the room, they ordered me out and tried to keep him in the room, he was clearly stressed and anxious to be left alone with strangers. The door was closed but you could still hear everything the vet was saying, blaming me and my BF for not being “good owners” and teaching our dog to “submit” to complete strangers? (Yes sir cause that’s what every animals wants, to be poked with needles by someone he has seen twice). You would think after being in practice for over 22 years a seasoned Vet would understand how to make animals more comfortable in a cold white room. After they were done giving King is shots I was allowed back into the room so I could be berated by the vet on how “terrible” of a dog he is. Apparently this man has no patience for puppy shenanigans or stress. While being chastised for not being able to telepathically communicate to my dog that these people are just trying to keep you healthy and you should not squirm and be anxious, I was told that my breed of dog (Rottweiler) is the equivalent of a “Turban wearing, Gun toting Muslim”. I was shocked to hear such racial statements in reference to a stressed/anxious BABY animal from a so called professional. Needles to say.. we will not be returning.

    BANFIELD PET HOSPITAL
Patrick answered my call for my curbside appt and did not make it seem safe to leave my pet there. He didn’t know why I didn’t have my records with me when I wasn’t asked to bring them and treated me very condescendingly. Was not leaving my dog with someone who probably wouldnt handle my pit bull with care. Maybe he would’ve been nicer if I had taken my chihuahua there instead

    Canterbury Animal Hospital
Stafff extremely poor at relaying message to vet. They are rude Poor follow up care for my cat. They are under new management since the earlier favorable reviews. Too bad they did not take any lessons from the earlier management.

Banfield Pet Hospital - Corporate Headquarters
It's a joke they lie don't do what contract says they took seven bloodworks from my dog in 7 and 1/2 years all of them came up with readings that were in between the norm and when you leave after getting vaccinations they tell you if there's any abnormal tease in the blood work when they get it back they'll call you wow for 7 years they never called me and I assumed that my dog was doing well come to find out. In the idiots offered me $300 for two of the bloodworks you might as well through everything in the trash and not even done it if you ain't going to tell me and they over vaccinate your pets why they take your pet out of the room to do everything to him is beyond me no other veterinarian does that do they have to be forceful or what that they can't do stuff in front of you because they're untrained and straight out of school never take your pet there if you want to keep them alive or well

    Crossroads Veterinary Hospital
The entire staff was knowledgeable and anticipated our concerns. We are so pleased to have found Crossroads, as they totally achieve a typical country veterinary practice. Skill and price were excellent.

    Portland Animal Clinic
Dr. Castle and her staff are wonderful. Dr. Castle calls after any surgical procedure to go over what has taken place. I know I can call with any questions about my pet's care. The cost seems reasonable. It is a small practice and I feel like they know my dog and will treat her well.

    Portland Animal Clinic
Dr. Erin Castle, DVM and the animal care staff at Portland Animal Clinic provide excellent animal care services. We had a diabetic cat that had difficulties with chronic pancreatitis. Dr. Castle and staff went the extra 100 miles in their thorough and compassionate care for our Ellie. Sadly, she passed with grace. They are still caring for our two cats. I can recommend their services without reservation.
