Having raised 2 puppies, there were some spots that needed extra attention. Spots are gone and my carpet feels plush again! AAbove and beyond the call of service! Jeremy was the initial contact and was VERY helpful and followed up with email. Was scheduled within just a few days. Had ducts and dryer vent done. There were some unexpected issues that took the tech, Uriel, much longer than planned on the dryer vent. He had to use 3 different ways to completely finish the job. They supported their original quote and all was done really well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Uriel was totally professional and helpful!

FIt did not go well. I ended up putting a stop payment on my check for $338. I took pictures fortunately; but the deep clean was by far completely unacceptable (dust everywhere in the corners, under the beds? These young girls couldn't even move a step stool to clean under it. Sure, they came out the next day to offer to re-clean and give me a discount; but first impressions are everything. Great sales pitch but if you don't have pride in what you do for a job you will never succeed.

AWhen I called to get a quote, the person on the phone was friendly, helpful, and informative. He gave me good instructions for using the Tigard dropoff. The people at Tigard were also very helpful. I got a good estimate, a thorough explanation of what would be done (including options), and a reasonable timeline. The work was done one week ahead of schedule. The stain and -- most importantly -- odor were completely gone. The helpful people at Atiyeh Brothers also gave me some helpful hints to check for other spots around the house and help control any future issues.
