  • They were sent by American Home Shield - if you are reading reviews are you starting to see a pattern? Gas burners on range in new home weren't working. Called AHS, they sent Provider name locked. . Guy came couldn't find the model or serial number on range so said he would have to try and find the part and it would take a couple of days and they would call. 5 days later I called them, they knew nothing. Called AHS , they made offer to buy new Provider name locked. . After a long frustrating experience trying to coordinate with another contractor to confirm what Provider name locked. would work, got Provider name locked. , set up appt with Provider name locked. to install. Made sure they knew there was gas, electric and a downdraft involved so they would send right guys. Showed up,the guys had no idea what they were going to be doing, listened to them talking and asked if they had ever done this before and they told me no, they had never installed a range, normally worked on HVAC(scary!) but would figure it out. Scared. 5 hours later they told me that it was not possible to install the kind of range I had in the space, that the ventilation system was all wrong, and should not have been ordered, and left. I followed them out and asked them where my old range was, and they reluctantly ( and rudely agreed ) took it back off the truck, as I was afraid they were right and we would need it. I asked if they had turned the gas and electric back on and they had not turned the gas back on....Really??!!! Guy came back upstairs, turned gas on, and I made sure everything from the new Provider name locked. was still around, like manuals etc. Noticed a chip in one of the burner covers and asked if that was what happened when I heard something drop. He did admit that, and I later found out he did tell AHS about it and supposedly Pro serv is ordering me a new one. Yea, right, I'll believe that when I see it. When I called AHS They said Provider name locked. had 48 Hours to find someone qualified to do the work, if they couldn't AHS would find someone. I told them I never wanted to see anyone from Provider name locked. again. I got Homemasters (see review) to come out this morning, and the Provider name locked. is now installed, correctly and perfectly workable in the space. Provider name locked. should never have sent such inexperienced people to this job involving gas, electric and ventilation, and they should never have been at my house for 5 hours of my life I'll never get back, they should have called their supervisor and told them they couldn't do the job and send someone who could. TRAGICALLY BAD SERVICE AND NON WORK. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

  • Provider name locked. responded to my call while he was on call and told me to leave my details and he'd call me back which he did some 15 minutes later. 
    He explained what he intended to do and did it in stages so he could minimize the work/cost - as long as his work fixed the problem.

  • Our microwave would not heat. They came the next day. He took it apart and found the problem.  He had to order a part, but put a temporary part in because we were having a wedding at our home and needed it to work. Two weeks later, they called with the new part, came out and installed it and we were very pleased with response time and follow through. Certainly cheaper than a new microwave of the same caliber. It is convection as well as a microwave. No complaints at all.
