Everything seemed fine. Provider name locked. scoped the main drain from the roof and the video of the scope going from the roof to the main drain looked clear. But upon moving into the home, which was vacant between the scope and our moving in, we had drain issues within 2 days. After hundreds of dollars spent on plumbers and drain specialists it was found that there was a gaping hole in the main drain about 4 feet down from the roof that was raining chunks of cast iron into the drain and clogging the system. Cast iron does not crack and corrode in 2 weeks. The video did not have footage of the removal of the scope. I believe that it was actually damaged more during the scope removal. When confronted with the hundreds of dollars in drain clearing and looking at the thousands of dollars that it is costing to repair I called Provider name locked. and asked why he missed such a large issue. He stated that the video was clear on the way down and that it was basically not his problem. He didn't even offer to refund for his inadequate services. I am currently getting the home re-piped and it refueled my need to review his service. The hole in the cast iron is so large, rain has been getting onto the interiors of the walls. The hoe is 6"wide and over 1' long, the cracks continue for multiple feet. There were chunks and chunks of cast iron in the wall cavity. I would not trust or recommend his services to anyone, ever.

The crew were very prompt (early, actually) and the work took longer than they'd expected (I think because they didn't know about the broken y-pipe ahead of time), but they got the job done in a day and then came back the next morning to fill in some concrete they'd removed and show a city inspector the work they'd done. I didn't set up or pay for the job because the sellers agreed to take care of it, but all the contact I had with the company was positive, including that they promptly sent me warranty information when I asked for it. I'm no expert so I can't comment on the quality of the work, but the guys' professionalism gave me confidence, and I'd be happy to use them again.

I needed to find a someone to do a septic inspection for a house I was buying. Several others were booked a few weeks out. Westside was able to get out within a couple of days. I was a bit skeptical that they were available so soon. They provided the most professional and complete inspection I could have asked for. Everything was very clear on the state of the system and he even gave me some tips on how to keep it maintained. He was very friendly and helpful.
