  • Pain in my foot when I walk. X-Provider name locked. showed nothing broken etc. Told to come back next week. Canceled next appointment for Wednesday morning at about 5:30 on Monday. Got a bill for a $50.00 no show charge. The office staff was arguing with each other when I arrived. It was disconcerting and obviously unprofessional. I wish I had never gon there.

  • I was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks of my initial phone call.  I described my problems and filled out the paperwork prior to arriving for my appointment.  At the office, I completed two of the forms and waited approximately 10 minutes before being taken to an examination room.
Dr. Provider name locked. entered and introduced himself and said his assistant would get some additional information about my problem.  After she left, Dr. Provider name locked. returned in about 5 minutes and check out both of my feet.  He removed the callus from my left foot along with what I thought was a wart, but wasn't.  I don't remember the name he gave it.  He asked me to stand and see if my feet hurt. They felt fine.  As I put on my socks and shoes, he explained that the problems I had were common and to come back in if I needed to.  He also explained that if one foot or leg is sore, we tend to walk differently to compensate for the pain.  He felt that this is why my right foot was hurting.
The total time at the office was less than 45 minutes.  I definitely will use Dr. Provider name locked. again.  As to the bill, I'm not sure what the charge is since I don't have the bill yet.  His office will submit the billing to insurance companies.

  • He has been wonderful.  He has been a top doc this year.  I was super anxious about having that done because a few years ago I had to have one toenail taken off and it grew back funny.  I was really concerned about the amount of the pain and the aftercare.  I was anxious and it turned about to be very easy.  He was super patient and didn't make fun of me from being worried.  He talked to me nicely about the bike rides and careful topics while he did the procedure.  The facility is clean, tidy and orderly.  He gets busy.  He respects people.  He is very patient and respectful of my feeling.  He was careful to explain all the steps.  They called to talk to me the next day to make sure everything was good.  He talked to me nicely about other things.  He did the operations, so I didn't think about what he was doing.  If their goal is to take off the toenail edges, he did a very skilled job, so they didn't look crazy.
