Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating & Air
We are converting an upstairs bedroom to a laundry room. Jacob was very polite and professional. Very thoughtful - from letting us know his arrival time, masking up, wearing protective shoe booties in our house, keeping the dust contained in the bedroom by conscientiously keeping the door closed, to giving us advance notice of when water was to be shut off. The plumbing work looks clean, neat, professional. Did a good job of cleaning up, too. Pic shows new PEX hot and cold water supply, black drain pipe and a Studor vent.

    Pipeline Plumbing & Drains
The communication with this company is the best I have ever experienced. Calls are answered (I was never sent to voicemail), and messages sent via Angie's List were responded to within the hour. The plumber they sent out, Ken, was polite and professional. A few hours after he left, I had a additional question. I called the company and they had Ken return my call within 2 hours. He talked to me on the phone and helped me understand what was going on. I would definitely use this company again.

    Pipeline Plumbing & Drains
They were super quick to respond to my request and were able to get out in a timely manner. They were able to fix the leaking hose bib. Great service, knowledgeable and very professional. I would highly recommend them.

    ALEX FREDDI CONSTRUCTION LLC
We are very pleased with our new Master Bathroom. We removed a large tub which we never used, replacing it with a custom shower and linen cabinet. In addition, we replaced the vanity, light fixtures, countertop, plumbing fixtures, flooring, etc. Alex was very responsive to our initial inquiry and subsequent questions. It was an expensive project, but the bid was fair and we were given more affordable options when possible, while keeping the quality outstanding. Our Project Manager Gary was easy to work with, kept us informed and kept to the schedule. He was onsite for most of the work and we had no issues with any of the subcontractors. Our bathroom is beautiful, and we would not hesitate to work with them on our next project.

    Meticulous Plumbing
Our plumber was very professional, walked us through everything he was going to do, gave us a reasonable estimate for the job, cleaned up the area afterwards, and stayed an extra 30 minutes after running the shower for about 10-15 minutes to confirm there were no leaks after he replaced the shower drain. Would definitely hire them again for our plumbing needs in the future. Before our plumber ever showed up, the dispatcher we worked with answered all our questions we had the same day we asked them before scheduling a plumber to come out.

    Meticulous Plumbing
He provided detailed estimates for future projects, helped prioritize work that's critical now vs. what can wait til later. He knocked out the days' work in a couple of hours, and was indeed meticulous. Arrived on time. Meticulous won't give up front bids, instead charge $69 for an on-site estimate with a $50 credit if you authorize the work day of. That part is a little annoying, but the quality of work was high, so worth it. Pricing is detailed and in some cases very fair, in other cases inflated (~$230 to replace a cartridge to fix a leaky faucet) but: that's the cost of not DIYing plumbing. Will be hiring them again for jobs I don't feel up to doing myself.

    Lifetime Remodeling Systems LLC
The experience with Lifetime was very good. My only concerns resulting in "B" grades had to do with a couple of their subcontractors, who, I'm assured, have been removed from Lifetime's list of potential subs. The entire process was very professionally managed, communicated and executed. The quote process was timely and the contract wasn't forced until we had full agreement of expectation, pricing, conditions and schedule. Even with COVID landing days before the planned start, Lifetime was respectful of my concerns and adjust both schedule and precaution to protect themselves and my family. Truly a high-end team. We would definitely request a quote for our next job and their performance on this master bath & laundry room remodel will be strong leverage for the next job.
