    Critter Nanny
This is a wonderful place! For dogs, there was an initial 'visit' or orientation where Jim observed the dogs with each other and with me. He took a lot of notes and asked pertinent questions. I was given a tour of the facility. What impressed me was the natural environment, the pet only building, cats are separated from the dogs. My two pups got to stay together in the same kennel and were able to socialize with other sociable dogs. My cat was given her own Kitty Condo, in the cat only area, which is sound proof from all the barking pups! Jim, Nancy, and their team take great care of my furbabies when they stay with the Critter Nanny! My 'kids' will stay there on an upcoming trip in September.

    Frontier Veterinary Hospital
DON'T TAKE YOUR PET HERE ! Worst customer service and would have to assume care, I've ever seen. Apparently Vetinary schools,do not teach "universal precautions". I arrive to be told by text message to wait in my car until summond by the Dr. then after a lengthy wait,I'm texted to come to the door and wait, the vet. tech person (not wearing a mask) tells me to leave my baby kitten and return to my car where the Vet (Dr. I use the word loosly) will call me when done. to which my reply, as should everyone's " not if they want paid" . I, first would never leave my pet unattended, and who knows, who's back there and doing what! are there Vetinary Doctors there? are they competent all all? what if I had a question? if there fear of Covid-19 exposure is so overwhelming. they should just close until the pandemic has subsided. So this shows there only interest is money, which is not what I want nor will tolerate in medical care for my pets and myself. and to the staff of this office, THANK YOU FOR WAISTING MY TIME!

    THE HOWLIDAY INN DOGGIE HOTEL
The team at Howliday are amazing. They are so evidently dog friendly, they know each dog that comes there, call them by name and recognize us as Hannah's family.

    Best Care Animal Hospital
The appointment for our 1 year old Rottweiler unfortunately was a horrible experience (mostly for my dog). I have been bring my animals to Best Care for about 4 years now, we had just gotten a new Rottie puppy in May 2019 and his first few visits were fine, nothing out of the ordinary. This last visit however on 6/22/2020 was far from great. With the current COVID restrictions happening right now there were understandably going to be some hurdles we needed to deal with during this visit. For example I could not be in the exam room with my dog, which is fine. So instead of allowing King the time he needed to get used to his surroundings in the room, they ordered me out and tried to keep him in the room, he was clearly stressed and anxious to be left alone with strangers. The door was closed but you could still hear everything the vet was saying, blaming me and my BF for not being “good owners” and teaching our dog to “submit” to complete strangers? (Yes sir cause that’s what every animals wants, to be poked with needles by someone he has seen twice). You would think after being in practice for over 22 years a seasoned Vet would understand how to make animals more comfortable in a cold white room. After they were done giving King is shots I was allowed back into the room so I could be berated by the vet on how “terrible” of a dog he is. Apparently this man has no patience for puppy shenanigans or stress. While being chastised for not being able to telepathically communicate to my dog that these people are just trying to keep you healthy and you should not squirm and be anxious, I was told that my breed of dog (Rottweiler) is the equivalent of a “Turban wearing, Gun toting Muslim”. I was shocked to hear such racial statements in reference to a stressed/anxious BABY animal from a so called professional. Needles to say.. we will not be returning.

    Rock Creek Kennels, Inc.
I have boarded my three dogs here for the last 6 years whenever I leave town--approximately 6-10 times a year. I love the great care and responsiveness of the staff and never worry about my dogs. They are always happy to be left off. They get plenty of play time and walks every day. I highly recommend Rock Creek Kennels! I would not leave my dogs anywhere else!

We have always been very happy with our many experiences boarding our dog with Rock Creek Kennels. They always follow very complex medication schedules very carefully and diligently. Similarly they have always been careful and conscientious with her special feeding requirements and schedules. They also have been happy to accommodate her needs for veterinary and rehab care. The people there are very kind and understanding and will rapidly provide emergency medical care if necessary. I know our dog generally liked the staff by the way she was content to stay there. I have always been very pleased with all my interactions with the kennel staff and highly recommend them.

Wonderful. We have used this kennel for years with 3 dogs. They really care about and get to know the animals. They have spotted heath problems and alerted us to them. They offer walks and/or play times alone or with other dogs if that is desired. They offer grooming. We definitely recommend.

We've used this kennel a lot and have always been extremely happy with it. The facilities and care they provide are top-notch. Special instructions for food, medicine, walks, exercise, or whatever has never been a problem there. They get to know and remember the animals and have picked up on health issues with ours while under their care..
