  • I just feel like there aren't enough choices. I have Provider name locked. but I don't feel like I have enough choices with cable. The service is great but they bogged down when it gets to details like their inventory. They try to bill you for as much as they can. I have to deal with them on that.

  • I ordered the first mattress topper online and it arrived 5 days later which was not Amazon's prompt service, but at least it arrived. I'd never seen any business try to ship an item in its shelf display packaging by USPS before, and it turns out there's good reason hardly anyone, except Provider name locked. and maybe a few other incompetent companies, try to do it. The mattress topper weighed about 30 lbs. which USPS faithfully delivered it to my front door. When I returned home, I found the mattress topper at my front door in the process of escaping the thin cardboard shelf display box through the origami-like folded box bottom. Not one piece of tape or drop of glue was used on the packaging and the side handles of the thin box were useless because the mattress topper was falling through the folded bottom. I'm almost 70 years old and in fair shape, but wrapping my arms around and picking up an almost 2 foot square thirty pound, squishy box was not easy. I got it in the house and, when I opened it, I discovered it was the wrong size! I immediately went to Provider name locked. website and used their Contact Us form to let them know. I got a prompt reply saying that someone from Provider name locked. staff would contact me soon. I hadn't been contacted by the next morning, the thing couldn't be shipped back in the "box" it came in, so I lugged the thing out to the car, drove to the Provider name locked. Square Provider name locked. and lugged the thing across the parking lot and into the store. I went to the first Provider name locked. I saw, dumped the thing and asked how I could return it. The Provider name locked. looked at the sad box, shook her head and said that I'd have to take it upstairs to the mattress department. So i picked it up, lugged it through the Provider name locked. of Provider name locked. ground floor displays, up the elevators and successfully made it to the mattress department, a total distance from the parking lot of about ¼ mile by my estimation. Not 1 employee offered to help! I dumped the box by the Provider name locked. and waited, and waited. It took twenty minutes for a sales Provider name locked. to get to me and it took her another 30 minutes to figure out how to refund my money and order another mattress topper. I went home and sure enough Provider name locked. website said that another order had been placed and that soon my mattress topper would be on it's way. The next morning I was excited to see another email from Provider name locked. since I expected it to have been shipped and this would be the tracking info, but it hadn't been shipped. The new email from Provider name locked. said "Your item is unavailable", but I won't be charged for it! So my advice is don't WASTE YOUR TIME shopping Provider name locked. online, and don't BELIEVE the 4 star rating that appears at the top their web page, DO Provider name locked. REVIEWS and believe all the 1 star ratings you will find!

  • With Provider name locked. , it takes quite a while to fight through the phone tree as they do their best to keep you from actually talking with a live person. There are often long waits till you can reach someone. Once you do, if it's a sales issue, the person is a native English speaker. Otherwise they hire 3rd world people with very heavy accents, making it difficult to communicate.
Every few months they Provider name locked. up the rate even though we were locked in to a long term contract. Each time the rate increased we called, fought with them over the phone to reestablish what had already been agreed to long-term, and eventually the rate would come back down. At the end of each year, the rate would shoot up, requiring another struggle over the phone. If you fight hard enough, they lower your rate back to where it was, but only for one year. They clearly keep hoping at some point you'll give up and they can dramatically increase your rate and you'll simply pay it.
When it came time to switch to a new provider (because we were moving), Provider name locked. not only did everything possible to slow down the process, but gave misinformation about how to make the switch. This has turned the transition into a nightmare. At the end, I was simply lied to, being told that the new provider needed to contact Provider name locked. and order a discontinuation of internet service. Moreover, I was told that even though I was paying for the service, I could not cancel it--only the new phone company could. Eventually I spoke with someone at the new company who, through conference call, got Provider name locked. to admit that what I had been told was simply not so. It was clear that the new phone company believed that Provider name locked. had lied to me knowingly in order to hang on to my business.
This is one of the worst interactions with any company I've ever had. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.
