Provider name locked. skills as a caregiver are exceptional. She's well-versed in all aspects of patient care: bathing, help with toileting, dressing, wound care, running errands, cooking, housecleaning, even gardening! One of the best things about Provider name locked. is her ability to cook delicious, nutritious, organic meals that are individually tailored to her clients' health needs. She researched my mother's various conditions and prepared foods that were not only very yummy, but actually improved Mom's general health.
My mother, throughout her life, was a sweet person--but she had a crotchety streak as well, and didn't take kindly to her role as a person who needed taking care of. At times she was stubborn, angry, resentful of anyone's help--even mine! But Provider name locked. cheerful and skillful approach brought out the best in her; Provider name locked. knew when to give in, when to be firm, when to ignore her "attitudes". And she reported faithfully back to me, with descriptions of their interactions. She also kept a daily journal of Mom's progress, which was much appreciated when I came up to Portland to spend time with Mom.
Provider name locked. was truly like a member of our family. She was with Mom when she died--we were on the plane headed to Portland when she passed. And I could not have asked for a more compassionate, caring person to share Mom's last years and moments.- Judy C.
Provider name locked. worked for me for 18 months as a caregiver for my mother in her home. When I hired her it was to serve as a companion and help prepare meals a couple of times a week. Shortly after she started however, my mother was diagnosed with cancer and underwent surgery from which she never fully recovered. Provider name locked. gracefully switched from companion to caregiver. Provider name locked. attended my mother throughout the 58 days she was hospitalized following her surgery and then helped me set up her home so she could be maintained there with 24-hour care. She became the centerpiece of a complicated configuration of the 5 to 7 caregivers who provided for my mother from March of 1999 to June of 2000 when she passed away, still in her own home. Provider name locked. managed mom’s household, ordering medication refills, keeping us supplied with formula for mom’s feeding tube, supervising all the medical needs including oxygen, and maintaining a semblance of normality in this crazy situation. She trained other caregivers as they came on, invented ways for mom to experience some quality in her very limited existence, carried through on a regime of physical and speech therapy, problem solved with me as new problems developed, and tracked and reported payroll for all the caregivers. In short she managed a very complicated and ever changing household with great facility and grace. In the course of our time together I came to rely on Provider name locked. more and more. Not only for her expertise in care giving, which is considerable, but also for her sensible approach to life and the problems it presents. My mother lived as long as she did because of Provider name locked. and her total commitment to her. I could not have survived those 18 months without her and can never repay her dedication. I can recommend Provider name locked. for any situation requiring commitment, tact, communication skills, supervisory responsibilities, ability to work well with others, and total honesty. As far as I’m concerned Provider name locked. “walks on water”. She is without a doubt one of the most employable people I’ve ever known. She learns quickly and has great instincts. Following my mother’s death I employed Provider name locked. as a housekeeper for my home and she has been cleaning for me for 12 years. She has been every bit as dependable and flexible in this capacity as she was in the more critical position of caregiver. I give her my unqualified recommendation.

needed to be done and was still attentive to Mother. Although just excellent overall, Provider name locked. knowledge of nutrition is truly outstanding. She makes delicious food that is very healthful and changed the way I feel about healthy food. She had many ideas about supplements for Mother. She would discuss them with me, always careful not to exceed her authority. The supplements we used had positive effects on Mother and, again, changed the way I feel about such things.
Provider name locked. is a perfectionist in her caregiving. I trust her completely and am so sorry to Provider name locked. her.
