    Summit Pest Management
My experience with Summit has been incredibly disappointing. I've been completely overcharged for a service that was never delivered. They never got rid of my rodent problem! I have had a rodent problem and first called Summit in the fall of 2018. I was charged $500 for two appointments to seal my house and set bait traps. I was told that there was evidence of rats though we had only seen mice. As the pest problem continued I scheduled another appointment and assumed they would remedy the issue free of charge since I already paid $500. I was told that the company does not guarantee their work and that they would need another couple of visits and an additional $350 to set more bait and seal up other access points. I paid a total of $850, yet they still did not seem to be able to get rid of the rodents. I called again and the technician said nothing was eating the bait so he thought it probably wasn't rodents, despite the fact that we've all seen droppings and have heard rodent sounds (chewing and moving in the walls). He said it was probably just "house sounds". Ridiculous. I called to complain and the owner said he would come out to my home. Upon arriving the owner identified an area of the house that the technician failed to seal, even though he was paid to seal up my entire home. He also identified that the rodent issue was with mice and not rats as the technician had previously been telling us. It also became clear during this meeting that the technician didn't complete another job as previously discussed. Bill told me that companies make mistakes and he wanted to make it right. He offered to refund my money and then told me he would rip up my porch and that I needed to get on a maintenance plan (Surprise! They wanted me to pay them more money!). I told him I would need to think about it before agreeing to anymore work, because after the mistakes his company made I wanted to get a second opinion. When I called to follow up on the refund I got no answer. A few days later I got an email from Bill saying he decided not to refund me. For a company that claims they value honesty and that they will work to address all rodent issues this is unacceptable. I hope others don't waste their money on this company like I did!

    Terminix
I signed a contract with Terminix with a person that was going door to door. It was a 1 year, 4 times during that year thing. I got a phone call after the contract was up. I requested that they no longer call me and that my contract is done and I didnt want their service anymore. I just got an e-mail telling me that they scheduled me for another appointment, even though my contract ran out and I told them I no longer wanted their services or communications. There doesnt seem to be anywhere on the website account to cancel or remove my credit card info, so I sat on hold for 24 minutes to cancel something I never agreed to. The person said that my account was still active and said that he cancelled it. I requested an e-mail confirmation and that my credit card info be taken off of the account. I have yet to receive an e-mail and checked online and it still shows them as coming to do a service again. I might call my credit card company to block any charges from them. Their services didnt really seem to do much. I didnt have problems to begin with except for a small amount of ants coming in my living room. It seems like their treatment did nothing but bring more. It has worked far better to purchase the ant traps myself at Home Depot (and much cheaper). It had always worked well for me in the past, but I thought I would try Terminix so I wouldn't have to keep ant traps around all of the time. After spending $105 each time they came and blew smoke around my house for about 10 minutes that didnt seem to make much of a difference, I will probably not use a company again. I could purchase so many ant traps myself for that $400+ contract. When they came to sell me on it, they said they get rid of all of the old wasp nests, spider nests, etc around the house. When they were done there were several still left where the salesman had pointed to when telling me what they do. A SERIOUS waste of money.

    Edge Pest Control
Rodent service was average if not below. A seemingly junior service guy showed up to take care of his most basic accountabilities such as walking around the house to identify entry points, taking pictures, laying traps and fixing one entry point under kitchen sink. Where I had issues with the service: 1) Had to borrow my ladder and made my sister carry it vs handling himself. 2) When I asked him to scope out the basement, he spent a couple minutes down there, said theres rodent droppings and left it there without cleaning up. 3) Didnt check out the attic saying it was not in his scope of work. 4) Didnt replace the block he removed from the external vent after inspecting. 5) Didnt know what material he was using to plug the gap under sink saying I dont know, they just gave it to me at work to use. 6) Rushed the whole job claiming he had another appointment to go to and was going to be late. For a $700+ package, we didnt receive the level of service or professionalism we expected in this first visit. Debating on canceling the remaining quarterly appts and eating the cost. Disappointed with the experience overall.

    Exodus Pest Control
We've used Exodus Pest Control for more than five years and every time they visit we are 100% satisfied. Every Spring we notice a few small ants in and around the house so we immediately call Exodus and they take care of our issue every time. I love that they use very safe, non-toxic solutions that are OK to use around our dogs (and us humans). Our technician, Michael is very knowledgeable, polite, and eager to answer any questions we have. Great service-great company!

    Edge Pest Control
Our experience was great. Each person from their company has been a pleasure to work with. I especially was impressed by their creative solutions to our unique backyard which has creek running through it. They adjusted-on the spot- what services we received along with the pricing moving forward. Additionally, they offered a military discount which our family appreciates.

    Invisible Pest Control
Went very well. One time treatment for wasps in recessed porch light. Found another nest when he checked the perimeter. Disinfected crawl space to deter rodent activity-some of insulation was disturbed. No need to set traps. Very reasonable in price quoted. Walt was very professional, explained everything well & courteous. Would definitely recommend using them. If needed.

    Pete's Pest Control LLC
Professional, clean and effective. Cost is a little higher but 100% effective with minimum disruption and peace of mind regarding the chemicals used. Completely destroyed the ant infestation. Will use again if they come back next year. Thanks Pete's!

    Antworks Pest Control Inc
I'd been fighting sugar ants (the tiny ones) for a couple years and couldn't get rid of them long term. Antworks came out and walked with me around the house inside and out to show him where they were coming in and congregating. The young man (sorry, don't have his name, but he was awesome!) explained everything he'd be doing. I work from home and had to get on a call. When he came inside, he removed his shoes and TIPTOED around the house doing his thing while I was on my call! When he was done he walked me through the warranty (4 mths), gave me a calendar with the date circled when the warranty expired and said they'd come back out as many times as necessary in that period to get rid of them. He asked that I wait 3 wks for his work to take effect before calling. I waited and it was a little over 3 weeks before I stopped seeing ants. He suggested using a jell bait if I wanted to put out traps before the 3 weeks was up. I did this and it did stop their major trail efforts. It was probably closer to 4 weeks when I stopped seeing them altogether! It's now been 2 months since Antworks was out and I've got zero ants! I'm really afraid I'll have to do this again next year. If I do, I'll definitely use Antworks. Very thorough and professional.

    Axiom Eco-Pest Control
We bought a quarterly package - have not seen any ants since then. The only issue is that they only sell quarterly packages - I guess that's what's needed to keep the pests away? We've tried other ones but find the ants always come back.

    BEAVERTON PEST CONTROL
Technician was on time and spent extra time with me to educate me on the situation as the wasps were located within the siding. He started with the most conservative method to see if it did the trick. I appreciated the lack of scare tactics and worst scenarios that I received from others. The wasps are gone and he left me with instructions to deal with the rest of this season. I'd hire him again!
