We used Provider name locked. for a residential remodel project completed in June, 2015.
They supplied and installed 27 window units into our 70 year old international moderne house built in the 1940's.
This was one of four major projects I have underway and Provider name locked. and Provider name locked. at Provider name locked. distinguished themselves from all of the other bidders and contractors by:
1. Showing up on time for initial appointment.
2. Providing a written quote exactly when they said they would.
3. Beginning the work at the exact time and day they said they would.
4. Completing the work on time and without any extra charges.
I would use them again without hesitation.

The glass is fine and their price is the best of the 3 Angieslist A-rated businesses I called. The price includes $50 they charged to deliver.
However, when I first called to order the glass, I was told that it would be delivered in about 3 days. A week and a half later, it hadn't come so I called back. I was told that a truck was expected in about an hour and the glass was probably going to be on it. I would receive a phone call if it was. I did say that I wasn't in a huge hurry, and, sure enough, I wasn't called. A week later I called again, this time saying I really did need the glass that week as I was having company that weekend. This time they did deliver the glass.

Measured the broken light and agreed to replace with tempered glass (per code). Agreed that the leaking panes could be fixed by sealing the individual panes. Estimated that tempered glass would not be ready for 3-5 days. Did not hear from company for 1.5 wk. On call back, it took them awhile to find the paperwork. Then, discovered glass had not been ordered and would not be ready for another 3-5 days. Based on the behavior of the initial workers sent to address the project (sloppy measurements, vague details of work) and mismanagement in the main office, decided it wasn't work having them do my work. don't waste your time.
