APyramid Heating & CoolingPyramid had an amazing crew! I met Comfort Consultant, Dan Sumner at the home show. When he came for the consultation he actually fixed my original problem with some simple adjustments. Dan thoroughly explained the Aeroseal process and the benefits and then promptly followed up when I decided to go for it. The crew that came out to do the work did a fantastic job. They skillfully covered all surfaces and were careful to keep things clean and protect all my furnishings. Honestly, if I hadn’t been there to watch I probably would never have known they were there. As to the Aeroseal process. It’s only been a day since but there is no detectable smell and my house feels warmer already. The printout report showed before and after test results. An 89.9% reduction in leakage after Aeroseal. I can’t wait to see how this will effect my heating bills. I highly recommend this company for this type of work.- D W.

AGreenSaversWe recently bought a ~110 year old house that was barely insulated. Our initial plan was just to have some new insulation blown into the attic, but after a thorough walkthrough, Greensavers' estimator, Todd, recommended several other measures as well, including installing vents and kneewalls in the attic, fixing several exhaust vents that had been installed incorrectly, and sealing leaks. Todd explained everything he was recommending very thoroughly, and while we ended up spending a lot more than we originally planned to, we did so feeling like we were making an informed decision. Scheduling was painless, and the crew did excellent work. The difference couldn't be more obvious- the attic room, which is right under the roof, is comfortable even in winter. If you open the access panel to the attic proper you can immediately tell it's a good 20-30 degrees colder out there. Emily did the final walkthrough, and I appreciated that when I mentioned that we were also thinking of getting some earthquake retrofitting done (having noticed in her email signature that she was one of their seismic installers) she volunteered to go down to the basement with me and have a look at the foundation. We have not yet pulled the trigger on that work, but we would feel very confident getting it done by Greensavers based on our experience with them to date, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the market for insulation work.- Aaron F.

In particular, we were very pleased with Randy Beers, our salesperson, who answered all questions, knew the details, did a more thorough evaluation of the house/windows/energy than anyone else. If you call them for a quote, please ask for Randy. Their accounting department handled all energy assistance and rebate forms. Everything was professional from the time Randy made the initial visit to Tanya's and Jennifer's assistance with the paperwork. We couldn't more pleased!- Jennifer P.

AI just had another wonderful experience AGAIN with your service people. You folks never let me down, and as a purchaser of a Heat Pump in 2010, that experience has been significant. My heat went out Monday, 11/23/20. I called Tuesday Morning to 503-620-5643. They ALWAYS pick up this number. Long story short, My system was fixed before dinner. This was accomplished in unusually short timeframe because everything broke in our favor. But this is the type of service has been the rule of what has happened in the last 10 years of service. ASummary of Work: New floors, doors and trim throughout the whole house Kitchen: New counter tops, cabinets painted, new hardware, new back splash & new sink Fireplace: Remove old stone facade and hearth, New tile, new hearth, custom stained mantel Painted ceilings, painted other brick fireplace white Results: On time and on budget. There are not enough positive words of praise that I can share to describe our experience with Kayed, Brian, Victor and the whole Evergreen team. We sought a few bids for our home remodel and selected Evergreen because of our immediate chemistry with Kayed. From the very first encounter, Kayed established a relationship of trust and transparency. He took extra time to walk through our house in detail - taking measurements, suggesting design ideas and answering literally every question that came to our minds (we were first time renovators). He gave us a fairly detailed quote for the work, explained the allowances he was estimating and quoted a 5 week timeline. Though his estimate wasn't the cheapest we received, we decided to go with Evergreen because of the honest conversations we were able to have during the estimating process. Once the work began (we scheduled about 2 months out), the relationship with the team only got better and better. Every single person who came into our home treated our home with respect and care. We made the crazy decision to live in the house while the renovation was happening and every night Victor made sure the house was picked up and as clean from dust as possible. Victor consistently went the extra mile for us and was always considerate - he left our bedroom door on until the very last minute for privacy, for example, even though the other doors came off day 1; and just countless other little things like that really helped make the whole renovation a lot more bearable. Evergreen did use subcontractors for some of the trades and I have to say that every sub performed very high-quality work. Evergreen consistently uses the same subcontractors and I got the sense that Evergreen's projects were always the subcontractors' priority. Each sub showed up on time, when scheduled, and treated our house with care. There were a couple minor hiccups in our project (there always will be when remodeling) and for every one, Kayed was upfront, honest and sought solutions with us that worked for all involved. For example, there was a miscommunication around the framing required for the tile on our living room fireplace that resulted in the need for the framing and potentially the tile, to be redone. Without hesitation, Kayed assured me that he and the team would immediately fix the mistake and did not ask for any money from me to cover the additional labor. I truly could go on and on, sharing all of the positive things that happened to help make this a positive experience for us. When it's time for our bathroom remodels, Evergreen will be the first team we call. Thank you, Kayed!

AAwesome job! Eight years ago we had Entek seal and clean ductwork after rodent infestation was cleaned-up. I called for the same job as I had noticed some tears, mouse holes and deterioration of a few flex-ducts. After inspection, though, received recommendation to replace all ducts and bring everything to code (initially done 32 years ago). Ivo and CJ replaced all the ducts, cleaned up and left everything tremendously improved over the original. Highly recommended. Ethical, professional, and superior service!4
