AGreat. Dryer vent is not a fire hazard. We agreed upon the work that would need to be done later.

ASteve did such a good job on the initial installation that I asked him back when, after a few months of looking at the back hill which he had designed/planted, I decided to remove a few more trees, thus needing his design / installation expertise. As on the first job, Steve was professional, responsive, detail oriented and polite. Clearly knows and enjoys his work.

CInstallation seemed to go well, but when I needed service, not so much. They seemed to lose my request, phone transfers resulted in hang-up. Promises of call back were not kept. No way to contact the local company directly. They are "hidden" behind a national call center.

FAfter Maximo left the company sometime at the end of 2019, Lewis Landscaping seriously dropped the ball. First an accounting error that should have taken less than a day took weeks to resolve. Then, I unfortunately had a fraud event on my checking account which required me to supply new ACH information. I submitted it twice via email. No response, but I assumed all was ok. next thing I know, they’ve sent me to collections for $950 — which they never communicated to me about nor mentioned that there was any problem. Even after getting the collection notice, I attempted to contact Lewis three times....no response. I also have no idea if they actually performed the work from January to April because they stopped leaving the hang tag to indicate that they were here and what services were performed (again, after Maximo left). The owner, Jim Lewis, is blaming me and taking no responsibility for anything. That, to me, is the sign of a bad business. They never even attempted to fix the problems — and still don’t care. He’s upset because I’m giving the business bad reviews. Well, that’s what you get when you don’t provide any customer service whatsoever and then trash the customer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LEWIS LANDSCAPE.

AJ&M ServicesThe booster fan helps the air from the dryer to get out and we used have a long dryer run like 30 feet or more and now it goes straight out of the roof and the dryer couldn’t push the air out by itself. I had an idea how it had to be done and they said they were able to handle it and they didn’t do many of them. There was a mix up trying to get the correct model and other than that it went fine. I had a couple of bids and they were the most reasonable. They cleaned up the mess. The quote that I got did not specify the model of the fan and it is rent property. I was on my way at the property waiting for them to arrive and I got a phone call about the model of the fan and I asked few questions about the model that I thought I was getting and the person who was coming to install said it doesn’t have that feature and it turned out they got a wrong fan from their supplier. There is no model number on the quote for anyone to verify so I ended up making a trip over there. It turned out okay. Everything looked good.- Travis M.

ATANGO MOMENTSIt was brilliant! Jay and Diedre arrived on time at 9:00 pm and gave us a beautiful demonstration. Then they taught us how to Tango, often partnering us so that we could feel the movements. Their very professional, encouraging and fun approach to dance instruction was welcomed by the guests who all said how much they enjoyed the event. Many couples were inspired to take up regular instruction. I highly recommend Tango Moments.- CATHERINE L.

AWESTSIDE DANCE & GYMNASTICS ACADEMYThe teachers are wonderful and can handle young students (4 and up) very well. They do have a large recital fee (avgs $70 per class) but put on a big end of year show. If that's not your thing, you might want a different school. My daughter loves the big show and so it worked well for us. If your child is inclined to dance competitively and wants to go beyond recreational dance, there are many choreographers here that know their stuff and can handle kids at all age levels.- MICHELE T.

ASUSAN'S SOCIAL DANCE STUDIOShe offers ballroom, swing and latin dancing instruction. Her classes are very good and are smaller. She offers community dances with students or private sessions. She is an excellent teacher and used to compete. There is not any crazy drama that goes on in her class rooms.- Kathryn J.

ADANCING IN THE RAINMy wife and I got started with Michaela to get ready for our wedding. We had previously taken a group class through PCC and were disappointed with the avenue so decided to research more personalized instruction. We soon found Michaela and have been taking lessons with her ever since. We have taken several 10 week group classes and additional private lessons over the last year or so. We've spent approximately $1500 so far but that's for a LOT of lessons. At $149 per couple for a group class this is a great deal! Michaela is a fabulous dancer and an even better teacher. She has lots of experience as both a dance instructor and a school teacher and is always professional and efficient in her lessons. She is upbeat and encouraging regardless of your skill level. We highly recommend Michaela to anyone considering a dance class for the first time or even more experienced dancers who simply want to refine their technique.- Andrew M.
