    Everything Construction Inc.
Terrible start to finish.. we were going to have them remodel both our bathrooms, nate wrote up a contract for both the bathrooms it was around 12,200 for both bathrooms and of course u have to pay half up front and half at the end of the job which I guess is reasonable .. So we gave him a check for 6,100 he sent out some guy that didn't know what he was doing the next week he gutted the one bathroom and then he sent out a different guy to start working on the bathroom . Guy didn't know what he was doing he said he was told to come out here to work and I said well how u know what to do and he said I send my boss nate pictures and he texts me what to do. He was trying to put up sheet rock around the bathroom plumbing and couldn't make the cuts on the sheet rock to fit the plumbing so I had to help him with that and right there I knew we were in trouble and hired the wrong company. It just got so much worse u wouldn't even believe it after that things just drug on for weeks and weeks he just kept sending out different creepy guys that didn't know what to do. So my poor mom that hired them and had my sister and her young girls living there as well had these new workers every week showing up.. They would smoke right outside the house with there shirts off and toss there cigarette butts just right on the ground. Two different times we had a new fellow working on a Friday and they told us I'm sorry but the owner nate didn't pay me my check today that he owes me so I quit so I won't be back. That happened with two different workers in a three week period. We just couldn't believe it and it actually got worse than that if u can believe it. I could go on and on and on all day saying all the stuff that went wrong but I will make this quick. After that happend they had another guy come out because they were supposed to replace the skylight and the dude took the old one out and said he would be back and never came back. It was 5 days until another new person came out to seal up the whole on the roof. I mean it freaking rained one day in my poor mom's house , its almost hard to even believe .. u couldn't even make up something this bad. And after that there was no communication the owner nate would not call or text us back and this went on for months and months when both the bathrooms should of only taken 3 to 4 weeks.. The first bathroom still isn't done so we had to report it and try to get our money back because we didn't know what else to do So we filled out the paperwork they notified nate the owner and he responded and the court sent out a mediator and nate to figure it out so we could avoid court.. So that day came nate and the mediator showed up , of course he did so he didn't look bad . He bullied my poor old mom that knows nothing about that stuff , she was trying to get her 6100 back that she paid him because he never completed the job for her she has no bathroom for gods sake .. This is what happend he said I will give u a check for 1,500 but that's it, u can take it or leave it if u don't sign these papers to end this I can take u to court and I will put a lean on your house for the other 6100 that u would of owed me for the second bathroom and we can battle it out that way. She don't have money for lawyers and was so scared he was gonna put a lean on her house she ended it and signed. After all that she has a torn up incomplete bathroom and didn't get her money back and has to haul off all there garbage that has been sitting on her side yard since they started the job at the beginning of summer... Its just so sad and wrong that this guy got away with this and still has his business. Please be careful and do not hire this guy .. I don't want anyone else getting ripped off from this company. Thank u for your time

    Miracle Method of Greater Portland
Wonderful job. Very little odor. Tub needed scraping and refinish. Tech very thorough and careful. Papered everything in bathroom before job. Took all paper down and did a nice caulk job too on second day.

    DaBella - Portland
Carey Funk and RJ Lawrence where not only professional, but they took the time to make sure and inspect everything. They explained all of the features of the products, the warranties and financing options available to me. I am so glad that I had DaBella and these two out to help me out today. I am so excited to have this project done by one company with an amazing reputation.

    Premier Glaze Bathtub Refinishing LLC
Premier was great, this is the second time they have reglazed my existing cast iron tub in the 21 years I have owned my house. In and out in half a day, couple of days drying and its brand new. Very durable gloss white finish looks great!

    DaBella - Portland
I got a quote from DeBella and was shocked that it would cost $8,000 to install a replacement shower stall. My sales rep worked hard to lower the price closer to my budget but it was an extremely hard sale, which made me uncomfortable. After receiving another quote from Sears ($9,200), I understand now that DeBellas prices aren't out of the ordinary. However, I ultimately decided to go with a Home Depot kit (delta with a glass door for about $800).

We live on the Oregon coast and getting home projects done can be frustrating, as well as time-consuming, just finding available companies/experienced workers. Our project was a conversion of an older tub/shower to walk-in shower in a tiny bathroom. Via Angies List, Portlands Dabella Exteriors was quick to respond. Rick Graves, the salesperson, is very well informed and he explained the company values and its top-of-the line materials in detail. Dabella customizes the shower to customer preference. A strong selling point is a mold/mildew resistant, easy to clean, non-porous acrylic material. The date for tub/shower to shower conversion was set. Coming from Portland clear to the coast, factory-trained installers Alex and James, along with a plumber, showed up promptly on time and completed work in two+ days. They set the staging area well to protect the other house areas that would be impacted by traffic. Price conscious, we selected one of the most basic shower conversions and we were very pleasantly surprised at how really nice it looks. It does take a good two full days for this to complete, plus installers had to come back a third day due to a defective shower seat and missing shower rod. Time to complete was no big deal for us, having become accustomed to how slowly projects like this can happen on the coast. Alex and James were always accommodating and they clearly enjoy their line of work. Rick, Project Manager Alex and installers, James and Alex, were all very responsive and courteous when we needed to be in touch. I was unable to enter the cost on this form. The total cost was $10,000. Higher than we expected to pay for a walk-in shower for a small bathroom. But apart from that, everything else was a definite "A" especially for Rick, Alex, James and Alex and the finished walk-in shower. Caveat for seniors on a budget. A Dabella bath conversion can be costly compared to other companies' options and the lifetime warranty, a good selling point, is not transferable.

    Renew-It Refinishing
I had my tub and surround refinished in Spring of 2014. A couple of times, I had to call the company owner and let him know there were problems with the finish, and he sent someone out to fix it. Matt (owner) was very nice. I contacted him again in October of 2016 to let him know I again was having problems with the tub finish. He said he would look into it and get back to me. I am still waiting. I would love Matt to contact me and make this right. I have attached photos of the tub from the fall of 2016 until now.

    Miracle Method of Greater Portland
It's been many months since Miracle Method resurfaced our tub/shower combo and I could not be happier. They were able to fill a couple of small holes in the tub, resurface it in another, more current color, and they did an absolutely beautiful job. I'm thrilled!

    Bathroom Surface Solutions
Mike was very responsive during the estimate and scheduling phase. I appreciated that he answered all my questions in a timely manner. Quinton arrived to the job exactly when they said they would, and the job took exactly as long as they told me it would (3-4 hours). All of the surrounding surfaces were taped off very well and I appreciated that he explained everything I would need to know for after care. The tub looks great and I'm excited to put some new hardware on it to finish the transformation. Very affordable upgrade if you arent looking to tear up your bathroom.
