    Posten Painting Inc
I recently contracted with Posten Painting to prime and paint my unfinished basement. I did get 3 bids and Posten, yet they were not the cheapest bid, there were the most detailed and professional. The paint crew were all extremely nice and great to do business with. The quality of the work was fantastic. I would definitely hire Posten again for my next paint project.

    Leitner Construction
Tim and his crew did an amazing job, he said 8 weeks for the remodel. I did not believe him, but he was on time to the day! This happened with the Coronavirus happening part way through. His contractors were very respectful and worked safely! I actually kind of miss them😁. We have already called Tim for a few other projects.

Bloom Pest Control and Home Services
We bought a 1964 home with a wet crawl space and the inspectors said it was normal for Oregon. We knew there was a sump pump but it was one of those things you want to shut the trap door on and ignore. Several years later I opened the door to peek and you could have floated a kayak down there. We had also noticed rats blatantly sitting around our home foundation with baby rats by their sides. Having had bad experiences with contractors in the past, we prepared ourselves for a horrible and very expensive service. We got 4 bids and Blooms was by far the lowest. The young men were friendly, up front about the problems and didn’t try to oversell. They simply wowed us! They had to crawl around in about a foot of wet mud after draining two separate crawl spaces, install blowers to dry the spaces out, and bring in multiple bags of heavy river rock, piping, and new sump pumps. They did it all without getting a speck of dirt anywhere! Each day they laid down plastic walkways and took them back up and cleaned everything. We couldn’t even tell if they had been there and felt safe leaving them a key to our home without us there. The office was very communicative daily and everything was on schedule as promised. I have never had a better experience and they solved a very anxiety-provoking problem. Rats and water are gone, two working dumps beautifully integrated into underground piping, and a bill about 40% less than the other bidders. Professional, efficient, clean and just really nice group of young men. This was by far the best experience we ever had with any home repair/contractors. I recommend them to anyone who needs crawl space work!

    SFW Construction LLC
Contacting SFW Construction was easy. They answered their phone and connected us to the right department quickly and efficiently. SFW came within a day or two to give us a bid on our project. SFW’s crew came to get to work within a week. The sight where they were working, was left very clean at the end of each day. Jerry, the project manager, came to check in often to make sure everything was going perfectly. The crew were very friendly and easy to have around. We had multiple siding projects done and we called SFW each time because we were so happy with the work they did, the price for the projects and the friendly people who work for them. We will definitely call SFW the next time we need something done and would recommend them to anyone who asks. Overall it was a great experience working with SFW.

    New Leaf Pest Control
From start to finish New Leaf was exceptional. I worked with Cameron and he gave me a more than fair estimate and scheduling with the office was very easy. The crew showed up on time and completed the work quickly. They made sure to cover up all the carpet and flooring to ensure it did not get soiled. Everyone from Cameron to the crews that came to do the work was excellent, and I would not hesitate to hire New Leaf again.

    Get Smart Rat solutions
Asher came out to estimate and inspect the smelly crawlspace. He showed us many photos showing how bad the problem was, and skillfully explained the company philosophy of rat control, directly tied into the science of rat behavior. These people are very educated on crawlspace science as well as rodent issues and how to properly deal with them. Unfortunately, it's impossible to recover from rats in one day. It takes at least a month of baiting and training the rats to effectively repel/remove/kill them all. After a month, the team came back and removed all 6 moisture barriers, insulation, ducts and scads of dead rats. They thoroughly cleaned the crawlspace, replaced the moisture barrier, reinstalled the sump pump (the rats had chewed the wires) and installed clean new insulated ducts. We previously had estimates from several crawlspace companies (Crawlpro and John's Waterproofing) that were wanting to clean up the crawlspace and replace it without dealing with the rat problem. John's Waterproofing wanted to encapsulate the entire crawlspace to the tune of $16K, with no plan for the rats, even though there were tunnels along the sewer line bringing a steady stream of the nasty rodents. GetSmart will guarantee no more rat intrusions for as long as you own the house (with regular inspections) They charged $600 to eradicate the rats, and $9000 to rebuild the crawlspace.

Masonry Waterproofing & Drainage Masters LLC
Byron was great to work with. He took care to review my property as a whole and formulated a plan to address a water intrusion without leaping to the most expensive and drastic option as others had done. A year out and the spot is holding out. He will also say if something is not in his area of expertise. He offered some feedback on additional seismic structural reinforcements that even my seismic retrofit company didn’t suggest. I had him go ahead with it and his team did a good job. When I complained about the post smelling strongly (and it not dissipating), he had his team replace the post and it’s fine now! Byron stands behind his work!
