  • I contacted Provider name locked. to have them work on my Ford Box van. It needed a new radiator and many other misc fixes taken care of. From the very first contact with this company it was easy and smooth. My vehicle was inspected and I was given a quote. I gave them the go ahead and they got started. They even gave me text updates on the progress. There were no extra charges or shady practices. I was and am impressed. While I am not anxious for any of my vehicles to break down I would not hesitate to take any of our autos to Provider name locked. for service in the future.

  • I never have to worry when bringing my car there. They saw me right away and we talked for a while about what needed to be done and what could be done with my limited finances at this time. They are so friendly and honest. My dad worked in the car business for over 25 years so I know when a mechanic is trying to snow me - they have never done that even once. Highly recommend.

  • This project was significantly more expensive than I expected, primarily due to the fact that the entire dash must be removed to access the heater core in this vehicle. In addition, the company recommended (and I agreed) to replace the heater and radiator hoses at the same time. The service work was good and the only problem I subsequently had was that the transmission lock interconnect switch apparently was not fully-seated when they reinstalled the dash and I could not get the vehicle out of park a few days later until the helpful folks at Provider name locked. were able to find the loose connection.
