  • I have been going to this location since 1995.. They have serviced every car I have own since I moved back from California. When they recently change management, the service changed a bit, but I still am going to them. I hope that with time and them new folks getting to know me the treatment and eagerness to assist will get even better.

  • It didn't go well. In fact, it never even happened. They were fairly responsive, but completely failed to follow though, which is very unprofessional. I feel like I gave them a fair second chance. Here's a transcript of my texting interaction with them: Fri, Nov. 16 8:17am - 6:47pm Me: "Hi! I have a dent I'd like removed. Does this look like one you can handle?" Them: "Yes. I can fix that." Them: "Would be $125-150" Me "Oh, excellent. That sounds good. Im located at XXXX XX XXXXXXX XXX, XXXXXXXX, XX XXXXX. What's the next time that would work for you?" Them: "I can do Monday or Tuesday." Me: The only time I'm not available then is Tuesday from noon - 2, so whenever works for you." Them: "Ok. Let's shoot for Monday" Me: "Great! Pop me a text when you're on your way, and I'll make sure I'm here." Mon, Nov 19 9:09pm- 9:14pm Me: "Hi, any chance you're available tomorrow (Tuesday)? If so, I'm not available between noon and 2pm. If tomorrow doesn't work for you, please let me know, and I'll make other arrangements." Them: "Ya. I can do tomorrow" Me: "Excellent. I will be her until noon, then after 2pm. Please text me when you're on your way."

  • Based on Angie's list reviews, I called Integrity. Bob & Duke are thorough, professional and they provided a free inspection at no charge. My 2005 Avalon has only been serviced by the dealer to date, but I have lost confidence in Vancouver Toyota for a number of reasons. Integrity verified some issues the dealer indicated but I also learned the brake pads the dealer replaced are cheap which explains the squeaking and rotor issues I was having. (I went back and verified what the dealer used.) For the other issues they found, they provided price quotes, and told me I can wait and just watch. Meanwhile, I'm deciding whether to buy a new car or fix this one. (Duke sent me an email with factors to consider when making a repair vs. replace decision.) I've compared their price quotes and they are in line or cheaper than the dealers. But I believe I can trust them and they know their "stuff"! They spent an inordinate amount of time patiently answering my questions for which I am grateful. I will be back and so will my husband with his Toyota!

  • I had only intended on getting a quote, but the price was right and they were able to get me in within the hour on that same day. (unlike other places I checked they needed my vehicle for an entire day and I needed to make an appointment). The whole process from purchase to completed install only took about 3 hours and they were finished by the time they quoted. Abe was great and helped me choose the best system for my Jeep with the features I wanted. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need, but they did show me a new stereo deck that I will definitely be back to buy at a later date. I would highly recommend Outrageous Audio for all of the reasons above and also because they stand by their work. I had a minor issue with the remote and returned the next day to see if it was a setting that could be changed. They were very quick to fix the issue and I was on my way in no time.

  • They came to our home when agreed, installed the new windshield correctly in a reasonable amount of time and without leaving a mess. They also helped us navigate the insurance situation. Very good. With the insurance, we had a $100 deductible. So I don't know how much we saved. However, when Angie's List offered to contact a short selection of possible A-rated auto glass installers (this company was one of them) for us, we accepted. This company did not get back to us at all. In fact, only one company did -- but they only serviced Toyotas. We don't have a Toyota. We had to contact these folks ourselves. So ... maybe they have so much business they can afford to ignore such contacts. Who knows?

  • i was completely satisfied with the service United Auto Glass provided. The tech fixed two large chips in my RV windshield and a small one in my car. He was friendly, professional and knew what he was doing. He explained the process to me while he was doing it. The price included traveling out to the storage lot where we keep the RV. I highly recommend them!!

  • I had my Mazda3 windows tinted here. He got it done well, and had the usual range of darkness. Totally would go again. Looks great after a few years. I didn't get estimates, so unfortunately I don't have a sense of where it fell on the pricing spectrum.

  • I bought a used motorcycle off of craigslist. Like a fool, I didn't get the bike checked out before purchasing the bike, so I brought it to Vicious Cycle, which happened to be open on Saturday, which is a must for me. They were friendly and looked over the bike and made necessary repairs. They noted some tank rust and installed a fuel line filter and gave me some advice for what to look out for. As a new rider, I didn't feel talked down to and was offered realistic advice which I appreciated. The mechanic on duty was professional.

  • My wife and I have been a regular customer of these guys. The reasons are I know most of the people who work there and they have always been giving a good kind of service, and also, they give me free oil change for the span of my car's life which is a very good price.

  • Scheduled mobile service to replace windshield at home. Scott worked quickly and had front windshield of my Honda Fit replaced in about an hour or so. Gave instructions about letting car sit for 2 hours, no car wash for 5 days. Windshield looks exactly like original. No problems with leaks or wind noise in past 4 months.
