I can't remember the name of the person who fixed our refrigerator, but he is excellent. He's professional, easy to work with, shares tips on how to avoid troubles in the future, and does great work. I'd highly recommend Refrigeration Hospital.

we've used these folks a few times over the years. If you prefer old-fashioned laundry style, with top-load, large washers with agitators and big drums, and dryers that do whatever you want them to do? Well, I'm sure you've already discovered what a waste of time it is, going to big chain stores trying to find something you really want that doesn't cost a zillion dollars.
Provider name locked. knows that we are out here, the customers who want something that's effective and easy to repair, that allow the user (that's me, the mom at home) to decide how the laundry should be treated, rather than some delicate computerized sensors inside the machines making poor decisions. They take old machines, repair and recondition them when feasible, scrap them when necessary. Then they sell 'em. They have great followup and customer service (one time, our dryer installation didn't work properly).
Their sales and service people are honest, blunt, and fair. Their delivery guys are personable, flexible, and can communicate. They're great.

First off Provider name locked. was professional but was hurried. I have no problems with him per Provider name locked. but am disappointed that he did not check the water in line valve first before ordering and installing a dishwasher valve.
I presume that both valves were dysfunctional but now are faced with "calling a plumber" to fix the in line water valve.
I paid him but did not know that he only accepted cash or check so I wrote a check.
He left quickly before I could mention Angies List and that we are seniors.
I attribute this to his hurry and my forgetting but I did voice mail him with this information.
I think that he was just in a hurry and we both forgot in the moment.
Probably would call again but if I did would ask more questions in advance
Although right now have my doubts as am not really satisfied
