  • When The new owner took over I had several appointments that I went to. I would show up for my appointments 10 minutes early. When I arrived I would wait at the front desk for 30 to 45 minutes before any of the clerks would even speak to me. After checking in with the people at the front desk I waited three to 4 hours more before seeing a Vet. This happened with the first three appointments I went to after the new owner took over.  I called the new owner and complained about this. He said he had no idea that this was happening and told me he would address it with his staff right away. The next few times I came in for an appointment they still would ignore you at the front desk but usually got to you after about 5 or 10 minutes. The wait to see the vet was usually about 45 minutes to an hour. The new owner replaced all the old staff with new staff. The new staff has a lot to learn about customer service. They are pushy and try to push you to do a lot of unnecessary visits and procedures that your pet does not need. My pets are on a special diet and when I got to pick up  their food it is always a hassle. I call ahead of time so they can get it ready but when I go to get it they are scrambling to find it. One time they told me they had the food I needed and when I went to pick it up they told me they did not have any. I called as usual today to find out about getting a new bag and the person on the phone said if I wanted to get some I would have to schedule an appointment with a Vet because it has been almost a year since my cat has been in. It is October and they saw my Cat in January. Again they were being pushy and when I told them I did not like the way they do business they told me that I could either schedule an appointment over the phone or schedule one when I came in to get the food.  My next door neighbor has also had them become pushy and arrogant with her. I tried to call the owner at Seven Fields to let him know this is not the way he should be doing business but have not heard back from him yet.This is no way to treat customers and they are reckless with your pets when you take them in, I refuse to deal with a  Veterinarian who tries to convince you that you need stuff that is not needed and tries to pressure you into scheduling appointments when you do not need them. This place needs to learn how to treat its customers and stop overcharging.

  •  Dr. Provider name locked. and her entire staff are absolutely fantastic. Her level of care exceeds  that of a Dr./animal relationship.  The entire staff shows genuine care for animals, they are friendly and extremely professional.

  • The Provider name locked. was very kind and caring. He explained that our dog was very sick and suffering. He talked to us and made sure we understood and accepted and then he sedated him. After that he injected drugs. Provider name locked. 's head was on my lap and calm and peaceful. He looked asleep. Then he helped carry Provider name locked. out. 
    This was very very difficult for us but he made it a little easier as much as could.
    We would highly recommend Provider name locked. .
