He is the best piercer I have ever experience. He can pierced any part of your body. He knows what he's doing. He is great and I recommend him.

    Gypsy Tattoo Parlor
Michelle and her staff are very caring and enthusiastic about their work. I met with Michelle and Molly first to discuss my idea for a tattoo - I'm a middle-aged woman who had never gotten a tattoo, so I wasn't sure what I expected, or exactly what I wanted. They gave me suggestions as to size, color, font, etc. They also answered all of my questions about cost, sanitation, time involved, healing, etc.  I made an appointment to return for the tattoo about 10 days later. They had said they'd send me examples of fonts to review for the wording on the tattoo, but they were busy with planning for a special event, so I didn't get them until the day of the tattoo. (That's why I gave them a B for responsiveness, but I suspect this was an unusual situation.)  The procedure itself was actually enjoyable. Molly and the tattoo artist, Robbie, worked collaboratively on placement, consulting with me on size, color, etc. There was no sense of being rushed. They made it clear that they were willing to take all the time necessary to do this right.  The parlor (it's more of a salon) is very clean and comfortable. There are wood-paneled floors, art on the walls, and soft music playing. I haven't been in too many other tattoo emporiums, but this is easily the nicest I've seen. The tattooing part was hardly painful at all, and Robbie worked very carefully. Afterwards, they reviewed after-care instructions with me, and I left with a very beautiful, delicate-looking tattoo that was just what I had in mind. I can't imagine a better place for a woman - of any age - to get a tattoo - or for anyone else, for that matter.

Misery Ink Tattoo and Body Piercing
I saw Vince and he was very professional. He gave me an estimate before we started, and even though it was more work than he expected (and probably should have cost more), he stuck to the estimate. Since it was my first tattoo, he took a little bit of time to explain the general process. He was also good about checking on me at various times in the 2 - 2.5 hr procedure. My only real issue was that he wasn't as communicative as I would have liked about the details of proper aftercare. Also, since it was a very light night, the other artists at the shop were horsing around a bit... not a problem for me, but not exactly professional.

Avoid this shop at all costs!!! I wish there was a ZERO stars or negative stars option. One star is too many for this shop. Read on... Everything will be decent until you put down your deposit and then he will disappear on you until just prior to your appointment. It leaves no time for collaboration or edits to the art. Basically he will give you what HE wants to give you, or he will become immediately combative and eventually disappear with your deposit. He claims that he only does his artwork (more like doodles,) just prior to the appointment to keep it "fresh" -- whatever that means. Again, you'll only get what he wants to give you and to **** with what you want. I expressed to him that I felt rushed since I didn't see his art concept until literally the day before my appointment. He told me that he doesn't feel that we're rushing and immediately said that I would have needed to reschedule 72 hours in advance or lose my deposit. That information was never, ever discussed or conveyed in advance. I asked for half of my deposit back, and he went bonkers on me in regard to not respecting his "creative process" -- again, he showed me a doodle that he claimed took him 5 hours. It couldn't have taken more that 10 minutes. After a few days of haggling and him being very unprofessional, he claimed he would refund half of my deposit. That was a couple weeks ago and still no refund. Today he blocked me from messaging him on Facebook Messenger. Please, don't make the mistake I made by walking into this shop. This dude takes ALL the fun of out the tattoo experience and is quite difficult to deal with. There are some really amazing artists out there that really care about what YOU want, but this dude isn't one of them. Stay away from this shop! You'll be sorry.

    Flesh Mechanics
Flesh Mechanics is terrible. They were just supposed to fill in my tattoo and he didn't just fill it in. It looked realistic before he started and he turned it into a cartoon. Terrible job. The place was dirty. There was a lot of swearing going on. It just wasn't a nice place. I have heard that they haven't gotten much better. It cost me an additional $300 to get the tattoo fixed somewhere else. Their pricing is about the same as everyone else. They were there when I showed up. I would absolutely not go back there. It cost me a lot of money to fix their mistakes.
