  • The place first of all is immaculate and absolutely beautiful!  It's like you walked into a Provider name locked. and relaxing place that you really don't want to leave.  My facial was the best I've ever received and the massage put me to sleep.  I love it here and will be back to get a pedicure and paraffin wax treatment on my feet too.  Great location in Squirrel Hill.

  • I was greeted by the receptionist, the atmosphere was calming, greys and blues, soft music, modern Provider name locked. furnishings and asked to complete a brief questionnaire.   Once completed I was introduced to my masseuse and shown to the room. She did a small consultation about the info i had provided on the forms, (injuries, tender spots, specific areas of concern, massage history, life stressors, etc.) and then explained my clothing options (or lack of) and left so that I could undress and get situated on the table.  When she returned she explained various types of pressure and encouraged communication as we went along with regard to amount of pressure, discomfort, anything that makes me uncomfortable.  There was some discussion but not overly so  -mostly education around why she is working on a certain spot, connection between certain spots, a little reflexology education. Once the massage was complete she thanked me and told me she'd meet me outside once I got dressed. She did, gave me a slip with recommended treatment frequency and suggestions for stretching, explained the slip, thanked me again and left .  The receptionist then did the pitch for membership packages, not really a smooth transition and kind of alot to take in verbally and decide on the spot. I had a few questions which were answered thoroughly and  paid for my service. The staff were friendly enough but a little "businesslike."
