Greentree Country Club REFUSES TO REFUND our $26,000 deposit, even though our wedding wasn’t permitted to take place due to Governor Cuomo’s COVID-19 executive order. The wedding was canceled and they kept our entire deposit!! This is a lot of money and is unacceptable and I DON’T RECOMMEND anyone booking an event there. Beware.

Their prices were reasonable. They provided great service. They are more for casual events not weddings.

It was a great party. We didn't have to clean up after anyone, which is always nice. The staff was quick to offer suggestions on games that were best suited for their age. You can't beat that price on a birthday party for so many kids.

There was a lot of different staff. There was a different person for the beverages, the catering, and it seemed to be a lot of people involved at times. You are supposed to use their caterer which might make things more expensive, but we did'nt have to because we had special meal requests for Kosher and were able to bring our own caterer. Although things seemed maybe a little bit disorganized and there was difficulty getting in contact with people before the event everything went very smoothly on the day of the event. Sometime before the wedding they called and said that there were issues with construction and we weren't able to have the ceremony at the site we wanted and they were very apologetic and figured out something else. They worked very well with our wedding planner and it was absolutely gorgeous. We had our ceremony outside in May which was the hottest day of the year and then we had our reception in the tropical rain forest which was air conditioned. We had the wedding in the reception hall which was also air conditioned and I thought it went well, but it was expensive.

    Springwood Conference Center
I liked the professionalism of the ladies and the food was excellent. It was cooked there and their chef was wonderful. I'll be honest, it is pricey. The grounds are well-maintained and everything was put into place; they made it as stress-free as possible for me. I did not have to run here and there; they did everything for me. My son and daughter-in-law came in from out of state and this facility provided all wedding planning services right there.

    DJ Kevin Redford Entertainment
Perfect Wedding?? D.J. Kevin really threw down the jams at our reception. He made it easy to pick songs from his library before the event. He kept everything moving very smoothly at the reception. He was very professional but really cut loose and had a good time. He got everyone on the dance floor and kept everyone on the dance floor. The party really never stopped for us . We still had traditions and a hip modern reception very fun. If you want your wedding to be the one that everyone remembers than this is the DJ you want to book.

We decided in November to rent the lodge for a wedding reception in February. I had been in the lodge for a previous event so I knew what to expect for the interior and it was perfect for an event with 75 guests. I contacted Cindy, who was both professional and reassuring, given I had never entertained more than 6 people at one time! She gave the prices, reserved the space and followed up with a contract. On the day of the reception I found the premises sparkling clean; the chairs, guest tables and buffet line had been set up as I had requested. The lodge has a fireplace and the wood was ready to use. Though we chose a caterer rather than cooking on site, the lodge has a commercial kitchen. Our event was a great success and Cindy was a wonderful guide to the Lodge and its amenities.

It is bring your own food and stuff but it is $75 for the night and they gave us a sound system. You can have a nice private party there for the night. There are beautiful artworks, I mean it is an art gallery so there are always artwork on the walls. It is like less formal than you would think of for an art gallery. That includes a sound person which was really huge, so if you want to have live music or whatever and they provide tables and chairs according to your needs, so if you prefer to have the floor empty, they get rid of all the tables and chairs. I have had a lot of events there actually. I have had them with just chairs like when I am having friends of mine coming to town that are musicians. It is two rooms, art gallery and always local Pittsburgh artists that is the other thing that is nice. Jennifer is the owner and she is wonderful to work with. She is absolutely accommodating and helpful and knowledgeable and she is just awesome. They have zumba classes there too.

The experience was excellent. We had a good time. They had a really nice room with a beautiful bar and a sound system. The service and food were excellent. Everything was nice. The price was a little more than I wanted.
