We purchased a piano just before Christmas and needed to find a way to move it a few miles. Our house has several stairs which I mentioned to every company when requesting a quote. Several companies used it as an opoprtunity to request an extra $100-200. Provider name locked. gave the best quote by far and given all the positive feedback from Angie's list we arranged a date. They called ahead to confirm the weekend before the set date. When bringing the piano into the house they were extremely professional. They covered the carpeting in our home, took off their shoes once inside, and placed the piano where we wanted it. We were very happy with the experience.

They were prompt and very careful with our antiques. We had a difficult antique piano that was difficult to disassemble. They were very patient and figured it out. It had to go downstairs and then up stairs into our new house. They also were very careful on our freshly finished hardwood floors. They finished close to the time estimated even though the piano was a challenge and took longer than expected. These guys worked VERY hard! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again.- DANA J.
I contacted Bill via e-mail and e-mailed pictures of the entrance to my house so he would know in advance how challenging this move would be. He was confident they would be able to overcome any obstacles. We chose a day and time convenient for my sister and me, and Bill and his co-worker arrived at both of our houses right on schedule. They decided not to attempt the front door of my place and instead negotiated my narrow basement steps into an equally narrow hallway. From there, the piano had to be tilted to maneuver it into the living room. I was very impressed with how they accomplished such a difficult job. I also appreciated the care they took not to damage the piano and my hardwood floors. My piano was wrapped in blankets at my sister s house, and then they laid more of the same on my floors. Should I ever move to another place, I will definitely hire Provider name locked. to transfer my piano. In addition to being experts, they are polite, considerate and pleasant.- WILLIAM G.
