It went AMAZINGLY well. As it ALWAYS does. Provider name locked. notified us when services were performed and how each pet was doing! There is NO ONE I trust more than Provider name locked. to care for my pets. Each of my 6 cats has their own health issues (they were rescues). She is up on every one and knows when one of them is having an issue. A few weeks ago, I was away, but I had a vet appointment scheduled for one of my cats. Provider name locked. was in charge (even though my husband was home, I wanted Provider name locked. ). While at the house picking up the cat, Provider name locked. noticed that my indoor/outdoor cat was having an issue with his back paw. She immediately put him in the car and took him to the vet appointment as well. It needed immediate medicsl attention. I highly doubt many people would have noticed that other than myself and Provider name locked. . That is one of many examples of her attention to detail and taking action that I love. Provider name locked. is incredibly knowledgeable about pets and their care. I text her frequently with questions and she is always prompt in her response. It is difficult having to travel when your pets. She has been and continues to be very instrumental in my dog becoming a therapy dog and getting in therapy visits. There are not enough words to describe how much she means to our family. She is incredibly professional and dedicated. Most importantly, she really cares about and loves the animals for whom she is caring. I very highly recommend her.

We weren't expecting to have to board the dogs when we were in Pittsburgh, so using Dog Spot was a last minute decision. The facility itself was a bit run down. It smelled doggy. The receptionist was friendly. The person who came out to take the dogs was friendly and petted and talked to them. The groomer came out to discuss what we wanted done. She acted like dealing with us was a big inconvenience. When we picked them up the next day, the dogs' were clean and nicely groomed. They were very nervous when we picked them. There wasn't anything in particular that is behind my decision not to use them again. It's a feeling I had about the whole experience.

When The new owner took over I had several appointments that I went to. I would show up for my appointments 10 minutes early. When I arrived I would wait at the front desk for 30 to 45 minutes before any of the clerks would even speak to me. After checking in with the people at the front desk I waited three to 4 hours more before seeing a Vet. This happened with the first three appointments I went to after the new owner took over. I called the new owner and complained about this. He said he had no idea that this was happening and told me he would address it with his staff right away. The next few times I came in for an appointment they still would ignore you at the front desk but usually got to you after about 5 or 10 minutes. The wait to see the vet was usually about 45 minutes to an hour. The new owner replaced all the old staff with new staff. The new staff has a lot to learn about customer service. They are pushy and try to push you to do a lot of unnecessary visits and procedures that your pet does not need. My pets are on a special diet and when I got to pick up their food it is always a hassle. I call ahead of time so they can get it ready but when I go to get it they are scrambling to find it. One time they told me they had the food I needed and when I went to pick it up they told me they did not have any. I called as usual today to find out about getting a new bag and the person on the phone said if I wanted to get some I would have to schedule an appointment with a Vet because it has been almost a year since my cat has been in. It is October and they saw my Cat in January. Again they were being pushy and when I told them I did not like the way they do business they told me that I could either schedule an appointment over the phone or schedule one when I came in to get the food. My next door neighbor has also had them become pushy and arrogant with her. I tried to call the owner at Seven Fields to let him know this is not the way he should be doing business but have not heard back from him yet. This is no way to treat customers and they are reckless with your pets when you take them in, I refuse to deal with a Veterinarian who tries to convince you that you need stuff that is not needed and tries to pressure you into scheduling appointments when you do not need them. This place needs to learn how to treat its customers and stop overcharging.
