  • Although the staff described the complete procedure to me quite clearly, Dr. Provider name locked. failed to do the first part, which was to test for the resident lymph node (the lymph node the tumor drained to).  As a result another surgery was required where he removed all the lymph nodes under my right arm.  This action resulted in not EVER being able to use my right arm for BP, Blood work, IV lines, etc.  I have needed several other surgeries since, which this restriction caused a severe overload of use on my left arm.  In the future,if and when the veins in my left arm are too damaged, I suppose they start to use the veins in my legs.  Although the doctor acted like this was 'no big deal' it has turned into one.  I would not recommend this surgeon for any kind of cancer surgery.

  • Since my daughters are going back once a year now, we called to make an appointment and the office was gone! Dr. J dropped off the face of the earth, no phone call to any of the 3 of us, no postcard that the practice was closing.  We have called the office number, stopped by the building, sent letters to office for the post office to forward.  Nothing! There has been no reply, no way to get our records so we can go to another physician. I am totally dissapointed and shocked that a supposedly professional physician would end her practice in this manner.  When a physician ends a practice they provide patients' with the ability to have their records transferred no matter what the reason for quitting their practice.  Any of the previous office/physcian experience has been ruined by this last experience.
Dr. J, if you read this...please do the right thing and contact your patients so they can get their records!

  • His entire office staff is courteous, kind, and professional. They are truly an amazing group of people. Dr. Provider name locked. is always prompt for his appointments. If you have an appointment at 1pm, you will be seen at 1 pm. However, he never rushes patients through their appointments. His office is extremely well run. Also, Dr. Provider name locked. is exceptionally cautious and thorough. He is a very careful, smart man. I highly recommend his service.
