I have two Himalayan cats. I took them to the Provider name locked. to be groomed -- mainly shampooed and combed.
When I picked them up, I asked if everything went OK. The guy said yes. When I got my cats home, one immediately ran to hide under the bed and wouldn't come out for hours, and the other one could barely walk he was shaking and shivering so badly. Almost like he was on the verge of a seizure.
I don't know what these people did to my cats -- and probably don't want to know, which is even scarier -- but both cats were scared to death.
Never, ever would I take a pet to them again.

My puppy love this place. She can't wait to get in whenever we approach the door. The people there are true dog loves and they make you feel that they think your dog is as special and as wonderful as you do. It seems to be well-run. I especially like being able to see my dog on the video camera in her play group when we are away.

Do NOT board your dog at Provider name locked. in Wexford Pa.
I dropped off our dog at Provider name locked. in Wexford, PA at 3:30 p.m. on Friday Provider name locked. 17, 2015. At 9:00 a.m. the next morning I received a call from the owner telling me that our beloved dog was gone. Out of her kennel run, out of the compound, and on the run! I was hysterical!
We had just left for our beach vacation and immediately turned around and headed back to Wexford. After a brief explanation offered by the kennel owner, we drove/walked for miles along Provider name locked. Road, whistling and calling our dog by name. We talked to every person we encountered along the road and assured them she was friendly, asking them to catch and hold her if possible, or just notify us if they even spotted her. In this situation, every minute counts. The problem was that Tan-Provider name locked. had no idea what time our dog got loose. She could have been gone since the previous day for all they knew. I was sick to my stomach thinking of all the possible outcomes. One neighbor of the kennel said that none of the local residents use that kennel because of this very reason.
All is well that ends well. A GOOD SAMARITAN did pick up our dog on Provider name locked. ROAD and dropped her off at the Animal Friends facility on Camp Provider name locked. Road in Pittsburgh, PA. I am eternally thankful to this good man and pray that he knows how much we appreciate his kind Provider name locked. on Provider name locked. 18, 2015. What goes around comes around.
Only second to losing our dog is the attitude of the owner and the groomer during this terrible ordeal. Trying to keep in contact with Tan-Provider name locked. was next to impossible during this Provider name locked. period. They never answer the phone! The groomer said they had people out looking for Provider name locked. , however, none of my friends or family encountered a single person affiliated to Tan-Provider name locked. as we blanketed Provider name locked. Road and the surrounding area. After the groomer commented “for your information, we didn’t Provider name locked. your dog, she escaped’, the owner/manager had the nerve to say he was “calling us $$ even” for ALL the damage my dog caused. Really? Aside from their initial call to us on Provider name locked. 18, 2015 to report our dog missing, we have not heard a single word from this kennel to this day.
The OWNERS of Provider name locked. need to do a proper walk-through and review of their compound before any other beloved pets are lost. This should include a thorough review their internal processes and procedures. We were shown the kennel run that housed our dog and still cannot fathom how she could have possibly opened the gate herself, since the latch is on the outside. We believe the gate was not properly closed after she was put into it. We were also told she broke a six foot (?) piece of stockade fence before the great escape. Again, really?
Unbelievably, I have just been informed that another dog, a Yorkie, has gotten out of the Provider name locked. two days ago and has not yet been found. I wish the owners luck. This is inexcusable.
