This was the 2nd time we used them, a recommendation of our general contractor renovating our bathroom. The first time they did a good job but were sloppy - caulking all over the place. We just let it go.
The 2nd time we used them we had a number of issues. The hardware we ordered, the color of the pieces that came, was not the same color as what we picked, but again we let it go.
The door makes a clicking noise when it closes, but again we let it go. We generally do not push back on things, having done a lot of work like this we know things happen...and sometimes dealing with a minor issue is more hassle than it is worth.
Then we noticed, 1 day & shower after they left a cracked tile on the floor that looks exactly like a heavy metal tool dropped on it - chipped tile with crack from end to end.
They denied they had anything to do with it, which is what you would expect. I would have left it at that, but when their response was to just "suck it up" I felt it deserved a review and posting.
Yes, I was in the next room for 1/2 the installation, and there was a lot of banging happening - almost to the point I wanted to ask what was going on. Wish I had. Lesson learned, Provider name locked. over your contractor.
It comes down to he said/he said, but I feel pretty strongly about my feedback, enough to post my first ever negative response to any service I received.

Provider name locked. did an amazing job replacing broken pieces of glass in my windows. She was able to come to my home as the windows were not removable, and took great care in matching new pieces of glass to my current windows. The results are fantastic, and I'm so pleased I was able to restore my windows at an affordable price (I struggled to find someone who was willing to replace small parts of the window only, and not fully remove/clean/restore as others offered to do for a much higher charge).

We contacted Provider name locked. about installing new frosted glass in a transom and the french doors to our master bathroom. They were very clear and helpful on the call and suggested that the job would be cheaper and quicker if we brought the pieces to them rather than scheduling a visit to our home. We dropped the doors and frame off and selected a pattern from many glass samples. The pieces were done within a week and a half, which was exactly what they promised. They disposed of the old glass and reattached the molding without damaging the doors. The glass looks great and we saved several hundred dollars over other estimates!
