The existing floor cracks were opened and filled with a Polyeurethane caulking. The work will be finished in early spring. He was very prompt in contacting me. The estimate was received and the date of service was discussed. The company is very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

We had artificial grass on the back patio that we wanted to replace. We pulled back the grass and there was a Provider name locked. crack in the concrete. The sales person said it didn't matter and they could work with it. I was doubtful especially since the crack went all the way thru to the dirt.
However, the crew came out and did a fantastic job. The guy who did the work (I think he was theowner) said tey never should have agreed to it due to the crack. It has beentow years and the area for the crack looks great.
I had some areas where the stones fell off and needed repaired. The first time it took them months to get back to me. The second time they came because more stones came loose it took over a year. We're not talking a lot of stones and I'm sure the trip out to Pittsburgh from Ohio is cost prohibitive. The second time one of the repairs were made with a completely different type of stone even though the repair guy was told there's a bunch right beside the patio used for decoration. Use it and I''ll replace it with a spare bag I have.- Kevin S.
