  • The audit was completed promptly and Provider name locked. took the time to answer all of my questions about the process.  He did not use it as a pushy sales process, which was very much appreciated and quite professional.

We have a very old home (+100 years) and Provider name locked. and his crew did a very nice job with the air sealing and insulation.  They went above and beyond the scope of the work as defined in the contract.  It was clear that both Provider name locked. and his crew were passionate about the service they provide to their customers.

    The end result:
    - Winter:  Heating costs shrunk by about 25% each month...which is great because we were averaging around $500/month on our heating bills!  Many rooms in the house became more comfortable, but it took some tweaking of adjusting vents, etc., to make the heating a bit more uniform.  Unfortunately, the ground floor has been the biggest problem since it gets very cold in the winter, and this didn't change as much as we had hoped.  That's the drawback to having an old house, I suppose.
    - Summer:  Previously our air conditioner couldn't keep up on hot days (85+ degrees) and the 3rd floor was always VERY hot.  Now the air conditioner can handle the load and the house was VERY comfortable all summer.  It was also much cheaper.

Overall, we are very pleased with the work.  The payback period won't be as fast as expected, but we are still satisfied with the results.  Provider name locked. and his staff were very friendly and professional through the entire process.  I highly recommend using Provider name locked. if you would like to have similar work completed.

  • Overall we had a good experience. We received a quick call back to schedule the audit, we gave permsission for a CCI employee to tag along during the audit to learn more about the process. The auditor was Provider name locked. punctual for the scheduled appointment, was thorough in his descriptions of potential fixes, and responsive to feedback when we asked him to show us what he was describing during our debrief sessions and prioritized the various fixes as to what would have the greatest impact. The only reason I gave them a B for responsiveness was because the report arrived about 2 weeks after the audit. There were no surprises in the report, but it would have been nice to see the list of contractors a little bit earlier. I'm sure a list would have provided if asked.

  • They did a great job. The insulation begins with inspecting the interior of the house to look for possible foam leakage avenues
like plugs and other wall installations. Then they drill the walls for a couple of hours (they drilled many more holes than I expected). Then they spend the rest of the day filling up the walls with foam (that is a bit noisy as well but not nearly as noisy as the drilling). Once they are done with the foam, they inspect the interior of the house to clean any foam that might have leaked, and they seal back the exterior holes with mortar. They do a good job with the sealing. After the mortar is dry, it’s hard to see that a hole was there.
As far as the people performing the job is concerned, they are nice guys and do their job properly. They are very respectful and you can trust them. We actually left the house for a couple of hours while they were drilling, and we left again for lunch. No surprises at the end. I paid what was agreed. They made sure everything was clean and that we were satisfied with their job.
