    Tyler Mountain Water & Coffee
    My Company was a customer of Tyler Mountain for many years when it was owned by Pgh Water Cooler. In 2018 it was sold to Aqua Filter Fresh and at that time, service, customer service, and consideration went down hill fast. It's unfortunate, but some acquisitions are not for the best. highly recommend looking elsewhere for Water service for your business or residence.

    Green Cheeks Diaper Service
    Green Cheeks provided cloth diapers for my daughter from birth until she was potty trained.  Not only was it a great service, but the owners are great people.  There is a learning curve to cloth diapers, and Brandon was always happy to help or give us ideas on how to make it work for us.  Within no time, we were diapering like champs!  When our daughter started daycare, they offered to stop by the daycare and give her teachers a quick tutorial!
    Not only were we happy to be using cloth diapers, but we were thrilled to be able to support a local and family owned company. We whole-heartedly recommend them, and will use their service again if it is needed!  Our Green Cheeks check was the only check each month that I was almost (!) sad to stop writing!

    Sears Large Appliance Home Delivery
    Nov. 4, 2015: Purchased a Sears Kenmore Elite refrigerator. Delivery scheduled for 9-9-15.
    At time of purchase I specified and the sales person, "Dave," agreed to the following: 1.install new refrigerator in kitchen 2. move old refrigerator to basement 3. remove basement freezer.
    Nov. 9. 2015: Delivery truck arrives on time.
    Upon inspection the delivery person found a saddle valve under the kitchen sick needed to be replaced before hooking up refrigerator. The driver asked that they leave the refrigerator in my garage. They would try to return that night to install or Sears would reschedule a team to install. I agreed to leaving the refrigerator in my garage thinking it would be no more than 24 hours.
    Nov. 9, evening: Delivery driver was not going to be able to return.
    I called Sears and asked for a team to install the refrigerator and make necessary moves.
    Nov. 10: Team 2 arrives from Liberty Trucking.
    When I told them what Sear agreed to about moving the refrigerators and freezer they said, "that ain't happening, we don't do that." I explained Sears agreed to it and he responded he didn't care, didn't know why Sears agreed to that, and they weren't doing it. He gave me his managers name and number. I called him and he said the same thing. Overall their demeanor was disrespectful and flipant. I told them to leave, that I was calling Sears to pick up the refrigerator because I no longer wanted it. I was not having that team take the refrigerator because I had had enough of their disrespect.
    I called Sears Home Delivery and was told a team would be back to pick up the refrigerator that day.
    By 5:30 pm no one had shown up to pick up the refrigerator.
    I called Sears Home Delivery to let them know no one had come back and that I was not going to be responsible any longer. They agreed and told me there were 3 deliveries ahead of mine and the truck just broke down.
    Today is Nov. 11. 
    My husband called Sears Home Delivery to get a time frame a truck would be back to get the refrigerator. He was told it would be Monday at the earliest.
    I expect you see my why I am angry and want nothing more to do with Sears.
    Throughout this entire debacle, I was given wrong telephone numbers to call, given conflicting information between your store and Home Delivery. EVERYONE at Home Delivery was hard to understand and we had to repeat the entire store over and over and over again. Outrageous.
    DO NOT  BUY FROM SEARS IF YOU NEED DELIVERY!!

    Green Cheeks Diaper Service
    When my daughter was born, I was overwhelmed and almost gave in the idea of trying cloth diapers. Judy and Brandon were very patient, kind and reassuring. I gave it a try and we used their diapers for 9 months. We are now moving to the west coast, hoping to find something as good over there. Anyways, we have been completely happy with their service (clean, reliable and resourceful). They are also just genuinely good people :)

    Dynamex
    Ikea contracts with Dynamex. The product was scheduled to be delivered on 6/28/2015.
    I received a call on 7/7/2015 indicating Dynamix was "in the midst of scheduling people due to the truck being delayed coming to the warehouse" and asked that I return their call.
    Anyone know what that means?
    Anyways... I returned their call. After being transferred to 4 people and asked for the same information 4 times, I was frustrated. I let Dynamex know that I was frustrated. 
    Dynamex hung up on me.
    The product will now be delivered on July 18, a full three weeks late.

    Green Cheeks Diaper Service
    This is the most amazing company.  We loved knowing we were supporting a local family-owned company and conserving resources at the same time.  Judy and Brandon continuously went out of their way to accommodate us and make things as easy and convenient as possible.  They came to our house for a free cloth diapering tutorial, and delivered clean diapers and wipes on our porch every week, like clockwork.  When I forgot to put the diapers out one week they scheduled a later pickup at no cost.  They were extremely organized and understanding of our needs.  When our daycare told us they no longer would change our pre-fold diapers, Judy and Brandon supplied a simpler all-in-2 system we could try out.   If you are even considering trying out cloth diapers, give Green Cheeks a try - they are awesome!

    Giovanni's Pizza & Pasta
    Their on-line ordering system is fantastic. You place order and it is delivered within an hour at most. The only items that I will order now is the spinach and feta pizza which is fantastic. On 1 occasion, they had delivered a pizza that was extremely greasy and it was a huge turn-off. I let them know about this for the next delivery and the pizza had no grease at all and it was like eating bread with raw cheese which was horrible. I did not get deliveries for quite some time after that but my wife ordered the spinach and feta cheese pizza and every time it has been fantastic. This still will be the only thing I will order from them because no one else makes it quite like them.

    Con-way Freight
    We scheduled with Con-Way Freight for a delivery day.  Con-way freight called on the delivery day to tell us that they cannot deliver our merchandise because our borough would not allow their size trucks to cross a particular bridge.  We gave them another route to take but they still would not deliver.  They gave us an option to meet them at a place before the bridge that they said they couldn't cross but they would charge the company that we ordered from an additional $60.  Interesting how they could actually charge an additional $60 to NOT deliver all the way to the place that they promised they would.  We still do not have our merchandise which was a custom order and cannot be returned.   We paid the company that we ordered from $301 to deliver to our home.  The company that we ordered from was told by Con-Way Freight that they would deliver.  Once they received our merchandise they would not deliver it.  Don't hire Con-Way Freight.  They are scammers!

    Pittsburg Bakery Equipment Co Inc
    I took a dough divider to them for an estimate. A week later they gave me a very high estimate and I declined them fixing it. They took the machine apart and painted it instead of just giving me the estimate to repair the machine.They seem to have very poor communication there. We are still going back and forth with them for the final cost of the estimate. I will not continue to use their services in the future.

    I shopped around included Brookside because I'd bought my front door and storm door from them a few years ago and I'd had a good experience.  This time I had a general idea of the design for the kitchen but I needed to tear out a couple of walls cover a door and install a new sliding glass door first.  So I ordered the sliding glass door from their door department.  My only complaint is that I was supposed to get a toe lock that was not delivered - and after calling them a couple of times about it, I've still not received that item.  But the kitchen design, cabinets and countertop were all fantastic.  My contractor installed the cabinets but I chose to have someone via Brookside measure and install the countertop.  Andrea was my kitchen cabinet liaison and she was fantastic.  Very patient, helpful and I never felt that any detail was too small.
    The kitchen is in, looks great and I'm really pleased with how it's turned out.
