  • Despite all the ads and signs where Provider name locked. is a "good neighbor" and responsible for picking up litter on the highway, we contacted them through the Angie's List link. When looking at the above projects, we shopped the big box stores and knew we could save a lot of money by going with them and the sales ongoing. Provider name locked. has a great reputation, although not low cost they could do it all. Sales rep came out the next day with a car loaded to the Provider name locked. with samples of all kinds. Grabbed a couple of different items and came inside. We had discussed in advance what we were looking for so she had pulled what we wanted. Fortunately, we were able to come to an agreement although we really don't know if there was something better in the car. We were not in a fixed time table and had plans to list our house for sale four months out, so we could work around their schedule and they around ours.  Supposedly a "package deal" was given and there was a "sale" going on but not sure if that really is just talk or not. The number was still very high and I could not get a good explanation of the breakdown of the costs, how much the hardwood or the rugs were, etc.. I actually almost felt like walking from the deal and going to Lowes.   We signed and the first part, the bathroom floor, was staged a few weeks later. Really came out great and made the room so much bigger. The also installed the new toilet I bought to replace the old one.  Stage two was the kitchen flooring. After the crew measured, they realized that when they installed the hardwood onto of the old one (way too difficult and expensive for rip up), that the refrigerator would not fit under the cabinet. At their expense, they pulled the cabinet out, took it to the shop and brought it back and installed two weeks later. Unless you really looked, you would not notice that it had been trimmed. Job was scheduled for 2 days but they came early and stayed late and finished in one day. Very efficient, thorough and professional with one exception. The doors of the closet and pantry were taken off and the bottoms trimmed. When re-installed I noticed they were not even with the floor and had been cut at an angle. Not big, but slightly noticeable. I was told that was the floor, not the door. After they were gone, I checked with a level and measured.. Nope, it is the door, not the floor. the floor looked absolutely great all the way around.
Stage 3 ... Replacing the carpeting in all but one room in the house. Again, a fine and thorough job. Moved the furniture and put it back, including a piano. Only complaint was the bottom of the stairs. Looks like they were short 1/2 inch, and the rug doesn't want to stay on the tack board. I had seen how they made it stick to it, so did it several times but ultimately came loose again.
So why not all A's?  Given that it wasn't perfect, that I called the sales person who promised to have someone come out and fix it, and when I didn't hear in two weeks, I called the special customer service line. Left a message, and never heard back. I knew the pricing was going to be higher than others, but I figured it was probably close to $5000 or more higher. I stayed with them for the name, the quality and given we were selling the house, by using the Provider name locked. name, that brings brand recognition.
Did the house look great? Absolutely and the job, despite the little things, certainly enhanced the value of the home and we got most, if not all of what we invested in it, even if we only got to enjoy it for a few months.   Would I go back again, if I had a need for their services I would consider, but before hand I would get firm price quotes to compare.
From start to finish not bad, and the people behind the scenes were fantastic on communication and making sure everything was on schedule and reminder calls. When they called and said they will be there at 9:15, they were right on!
Oh and one last thing, the sales people work on commission. I had not known this rep for more than an hour and not even sure if the contract was signed and I was being asked if I knew of anybody that needed work done. THAT I didn't find too professional but hey, we all have to make a living.

  • This is a great way to get a nice area rug, cut to the size you need. It's less expensive than going to Target, Home Depot, Lowes, etc. and you get to choose the rug from the remnants in the store or from pre-bound remnants. The people are super-nice. Highly recommend!

  • We chose Provider name locked. based on their reputation . Provider name locked. set up an in home appointment with us and brought out carpet samples to choose from. In about three weeks the carpet was installed and the process was smooth and professionally done. We would choose Provider name locked. for our next flooring project.
