  • Provider name locked. gave no high pressure sales pitch. He offered to do the repairs or tow it on Monday for us.

He was able to tow the car to his place of business and keep the car locked up over the weekend. It was a Saturday morning and most body shops were closed. We chose to have the car towed again by him to a place closer to where we live. I highly recommend his service and would use it again.:)

  • I have gone to Randigs for about 5 years and when I saw them listed on Angies List I had to comment.  They are HONEST and quick, they don't do anything that doesnt need to be done.  As a women I don't understand what automobiles need and the details of how they work.  Randigs always makes me feel comfortable and keeps my car running, at the same time saves me money, time and frustration!

  • Their ad promise $500 for old cars. It is a flat out lie. I got $100 for my old Elantra. They promise a mobile notary. That's a fiction too. I did sign the title, but there was no notary. Getting through to them was a problem. I called. They said they'd get back to me. They didn't. When I did get through I learned the $500 promise was fiction. But I did have to get rid of the car, and I didn't want to go down to some notary's office somewhere and sign the title. So I had them come. The guy arrived within two hours of when he was expected. He wasn't unpleasant. He did pay in cash. But that was the best I can say for them.
