  • We went to Provider name locked. 's appliance on Provider name locked. thinking that if we went to a place that specialized in appliances we would get good service. We told the sales associate how we had trouble with a chain store in the past and wanted to make sure we were getting good service. The salesman said no problem. So we went over what we needed and the only feature we wanted was an icemaker. No problem. Well apparently it was a problem. When the item was delivered- it did not have an icemaker. And ours was on the truck already taken out so we had to take it. We called the salesman, he said no problem one could be installed it was an oversight that now it is an added feature and you have to specify you want an icemaker. He said they would intall one for free. For free? When we signed to buy it we were told there was an icemaker. Not sure how it was "free".
    So for the 2nd Saturday in a row we had to wait for someone to come to our house.  They show up and say they don't know how to install it. I am not sure why you send people who don't know how to install it. We call, get an apology and the salesman says he will send someone who knows the following week.
    3rd Saturday - we are waiting again. The man shows up walks up the steps and says ok so let me see the icemaker. Icemaker? We don't have one we thought you were bringing it. Sorry the work order says you have a leaking icemaker. So once again - no icemaker.  I call the salesman of course not happy. He goes over what I already know. I'm sorry I thought it came with an icemaker and the first guys didn't know how to intall it, and now the work order was wrong and the girl who scheduled it even said that was her fault. Ok - I know the whole story we have lived it. Well we are installing the icemaker for free. Again - that is what you consider a bonus? Oh and we did pay a 39 dollar delivery fee. It would have been at least something small for our time to waive that.
    4th Saturday- we have the icemaker installed. I do not call that good service at all and now when we need an appliance this place is off our list. I even think we overpaid for the item in the hopes of better customer service. We gave it a Provider name locked. . Very disappointed.I also told the gentlemen I was going to write a review on here. He said go ahead do what you need I have done everything I could for you.

  • I called provider to come fix my Fridge.. they scheduled Appt and never showed up... i called them at 4pm and asked them when someone will be there, and they said we're on track for end of day..   then they stopped answering phones.  I expected much better from a reputable firm ..  really disappointed

  • I had an 11+ year old 18,000 BTU through-the-wall air conditioner that needed replaced since it barely got me through last summer.  I used it to cool my entire downstairs floor since I don't have central air conditioning.  I decided to got to Provider name locked. because a) I like to use local companies when possible and b) they had good reviews on Angie's List.
    I walked over to the showroom on a Monday afternoon with the manual from my old air conditioner which had the size specs, etc. and explained that I needed a comparable replacement.  I spoke with Provider name locked. and Rocky and they were both friendly and knowledgable.  Rocky recommended an equivilent replacement unit which I bought and we scheduled the installment for Wednesday between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. 
    Two guys showed up at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday.  They were friendly, professional, and had the job done in an hour.  They removed the old air conditioner, installed the new air conitioner, inserted some wood framing since the new air conditioner was smaller than the old air conditioner, and put foam sealant around the edges.  We turned the air conditioner on and it worked great.
    After the guys left, I was reading the manual and trying to experiment with the different functions and found that neither the buttons on the control panel nor the remote control would work.  I called Provider name locked. and talked to Rocky, explaing the problem.  He offered to come over and look at the air conditioner but asked if I would try something first.  While I was on the phone with him, he asked that I unplug the air conditoner and we waited a minute and then plugged it back in.  It worked perfectly after that, both the control panel and the remote.  Rocky explained that sometimes the computer needs to be reset and unplugging/plugging it back in does that.  Since then the air conitioner has been working great.
    Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience with Provider name locked. and definitely recommend them.
