  • The 2 times I have used this company they have been very professional and helpful. Provider name locked. came over in about 15 minutes of me calling him close to Midnight. He arrived and quickly started sucking up the standing water with the truck-mounted vacuum. He set up the fans and dehumidifier after seeing with a hi-tech camera where moosture still was.  Very quick and helpful service.

  • They told me they were not going to do more work, after the 3 days and I had to file a complaint. I was out of my home for over 2 months. They still didn’t complete the job. The paint didn’t match, the texture was off and they did not clean up well either.  They were not customer oriented and not professional. They are misleading and they do a horrible job. Every level of their management came out and they were horrified with what the crew had done. They refuse to fix things they had been done, that they said they didn’t do that. I had to do work myself and hire others to fix their work.

  • I had some minor water damage during a major storm. I went through my insurance company, and they scheduled for Provider name locked. to come out on an emergency service call.
    The damage happened on Monday. Provider name locked. came to my house on a Friday. I understand that it was a very damaging storm, but I was still charged hundreds of dollars for emergency services despite several days having passed.
    When the techs arrived, they were unable to provide me with any estimate of the cost, and simply told me that I would pay them my deductible and sign over any check from my insurance company. At the time, they indicated that the cost would likely be nowhere near my deductible, but weren't able to give me anything in writing.
    They removed about 102 square inches of wet drywall and left a dehumidifier and a fan over the weekend. For these services, which took little more than 90 minutes total to complete, they sent an invoice for almost the exact amount of my deductible (which they had been told by my insurance company).
    I was charged $50 for them to move my furniture out of the room, which they did not do. I was charged $50 for a 1/2 truckload of debris removal. I was charged for 8 hours of work, of which 1.5 were performed. I was charged almost $300 for an "emergency" call that was serviced 4 days after the emergency.
    When I called to speak with a project manager, he accused me of lying about the work they didn't perform, and then insisted that "drive time" was included in the labor charges.
    I refused to allow them to perform any more work. In the end, I had no choice but to pay them in full when they threatened to place a Provider name locked. on my house. $1000 to remove some wet drywall is highway robbery. The invoice was clearly padded to the exact amount of my insurance deductible.
    This is a company that has no qualms over taking advantage of a new homeowner's naivety. Provider name locked. sounds patriotic, but these people have zero integrity.
