I am 73 and was confused about what was going on with my TIVO service. Jeff was hired to install a new TIVO system but turns out it was not compatible with my TV. He took the time to figure out everything and got me set up and running again. I may not be explaining this very well but Jeff was great and I definitely recommend him.

Great! Work was always successfully completed in a timely, prompt, courteous fashion. Paul was always prepared and knowledgeable about what had to be done. I allowed him to take my computer home if it involved a lengthy service. I would not call him for return visits if I was not completely satisfied.

    Chuck's TV Repair
Our brand new BlueRay/DVD player hasn't worked correctly ever since a DISH rep came to our house to set up our new TV and player in December, 2009. We had brought the complete set-up at Ultimate before they went out of business. Numerous calls to DISH and Sony (the makers of the BlueRay/DVD player) were frustrating and unproductive. We joined Angie's List specifically to find someone reputable to fix the player. We asked Chuck to come to our house to do the repairs but he refused, saying he could handle it from his shop on Main Street as long as we brought the owners manual and remote control along with the player. We had our doubts -- after all, we had been working with Sony and DISH for 1.5 years, but we took everything down to Chuck like he asked. The next day he called and said the machine was fixed. When we went to pick it up, he didn't charge us anything. The person who had originally installed it for us had set it to play BlueRay only instead of both BlueRay and DVD's. We can't say enough good things about Chuck. We will recommend him to everyone we know. You just don't find someone like him in today's business world very often. Thank you, Chuck!!

SEEMED A LITTLE PRICEY TO ME, BUT THEY DID A GOOD JOB. CHARGED AN INITIAL $45 DIAGNOSTIC FEE, BUT APPLIED THAT TO THE TOTAL COST OF REPAIR. TOOK ABOUT 4 DAYS

Not good, sounds like they are out of business to me. Probably 'ought to remove this listing if they are out of business.
