  • They had a good handful of facilities in the city. I was there after hours. I got right in which was pretty good because it is not an appointment based thing. The office is a brand new facility. I had no complaints. I would use them again partly because it is covered by health insurance.

  • The wait was about 3 hours. I can't believe that I waited in the office for that long!  I went in and Jessica Henry P.A.C. saw me. She thought I could have Pancreatitis - a disease which most often affects older males and alcoholics. Neither of which I am. She scared me half to death and I had a ton of tests done which just confirmed my initial belief that it was just a stomach virus!  
    Don't waste your time and money on this place!

  • I was seen within five to ten minutes of arriving. The receptionist was great. The nurse was great. The doctor was great. All very friendly, professional, and even with a sense of humor. The doctor really listened to me, was thorough, and did a great job. They bill like family practice, not like an urgent care, so my copay was half of what it should have been. They have a great schedule and are open 365 days a year. I was pleasantly surprised by my great experience and will definitely use them in the future.
  • I am almost 70 years old and have really good health. I have had to use them in the past for small things and they always do a good job. It is always a pleasure to work with them if the service is needed they make the situation painless. The prices there are normally good as well. I like that they are open 7 days a week. I believe the last time I went was on a Sunday.

  • We really liked them. They are really helpful. We weren't in the hospital. They definitely work quickly. They are very punctual. The doctors there are of highest caliber and well qualified. They communicate well between the doctors. Everything is in the system so if we go to one doctor the other doctors will have all the information; it is a very outstanding system.

  • They preformed surgery on me for the cancer I had. They also did radiations treatments for me. The hospital was great and my doctor was just great. The overall surgery expereince was just phenominal. I could not say enough about the medical staff. The nurse practitioners that I am now assigned to are not as highly rated as the surgery staff.

  • We checked in and waited a while to be called. We met with Dr. Barrs and had a brief visit and scheduled a follow up visit in three months. When I received the bill for that day quite a few weeks later I was surprised at how expensive the office visit was. In the future I would ask how much before going. Thank goodness for insurance!

  • The staff was the most concerned, caring and hands on. They were top notch. They had great listening skills. The facility was clean. They are patient focused. If I had to go to the hospital again I would definitely go there.

  • Enter Arcadia Urgent Care. Not only did they schedule me right away , but within 15 minutes I was being examined by one of their five physicians, Marc Brown M.D, and an intern trainee assistant, both whom treated me as if I were was a peer, not just another government plan freeloader. I was so pleased with the service that I felt compelled to tell the Angie World immediately.. No longer will I be apprehensive about going to an urgent care center, more specifically, Arcadia Urgent Care in Phoenix. The cost and the diagnosis? How about a five dollar co-pay and no staph infection(whew!). I will be back. tm
  • They are located very close to my home, I can walk there if I need to. Fortunately, I enjoy good health care. I showed up, signed in, and was talking to a doctor no more than 15 minutes later. I appreciate how they offer me with a no hassle experience. I didn't receive a bill in the mail so I waited a couple of weeks for it. I actually had to go back to their facility and request it. I was very pleased with the service that I received. The doctor explained to me how I came to get shingles. Unfortunately, there was no generic brand of medication to treat what I had and it ended up being quite expensive. At least the name brand product worked. I could see a difference within a few days. It's comforting to know that they are open seven days a week. I find their facility to be rather quiet and clean.
