I can't say enough positive things about Provider name locked. and the people who work there. They completely redid my pool in 2005 and added a magnificent stone fountain which was beautiful. I called them this year (2015) to sand a couple spots on the pool bottom where chlorine tablets had sat and darkened the pool surface. When Provider name locked. started to sand the pool, their workers discovered that there was a problem with the quartz that was previously poured. It was not holding up properly to the sanding. Thus Provider name locked. stood behind their work and completely redid the pool surface with an improved product. They also replaced the tile and refinished the surface around the pool as they were all affected by the removal of the old plaster.
I do not know of any other business that stands behind their product and workmanship to this degree!
Because everything was being redone, I also asked them to lower the filter in the pool a couple inches so I could adjust the water level in the pool as desired. They found that the current filter was cracked and needed to be replaced. I also had them replace the handrail because one end of the old handrail was attached to a step in the water and litter always hung on that rail. I had them replace it with a rail where both ends are attached outside the pool removing that litter problem. The end product is beautiful. I was only charged for replacing the rail and the cracked filter.
Again, what business stands behind their work to this degree?!? Provider name locked. is incredible.

Everything went well. After we made the decision to use Mercury, Provider name locked. came out again and spent another hour fine-tuning our choices and laying out the process. They originally said it would take about two weeks to finish, but it took about 3 1/2. But there were some bad monsoon storms that messed with their crews and schedules. It really only took about 5 days, but there are different types of crews. The first crew takes a couple of days to empty the pool. Then another crew (7?) comes out with Provider name locked. and breaks out all the old plaster and tiles. Another day a smaller crew comes out and cleans up things and does finish work on the demo. Each day they were very clean, and didn't make a mess even though they hauled out tons of crud.
A different set of guys came out and cut out the old, broken, deck expansion joints, and replaced them with nice material that matches the pool deck. Another crew came out and put in new tile. And yet another group came out and taped up the pool and added the acrylic accent on the pool Provider name locked. .
On the "big day" a good size crew came out and put in the new plaster. Boy, did they have a bunch of tools to be able to do all the Provider name locked. . Our pool is around 10' deep, so they had to use some interesting techniques to cover it all. Once again, they left no mess.
It took a couple of days to fill the pool. We paid a little extra to have Provider name locked. 's guys come out for about 10 days, to vacuum/sweep the pool and adjust the chemicals as the plaster was curing.
Overall, a great job. They always called the day before they came. We kind of wondered what was happening on the days we didn't hear from them.

When I called to inquire about having my pool resurfaced. I had the pleasure of speaking with Provider name locked. .
Mercury Pools did an excellent job! the only reason this review is so late, is that I hadn't had a Provider name locked. to see the finished work until yesterday a little over a year after the work had been done.
Thank you Provider name locked. and Mercury Pools
