AI was a new patient. It took about 3 months to get the initial appointment. The clinic is very thorough. There is a lot of documentation to fill out regarding your history, prescriptions, etc... They are good at sending reminders and follow up phone calls to guide you through the process. On the appointment day, they started the appointment as scheduled with no waiting. I thought Dr. Wallace did an excellent job of reviewing my information and talking to me about an overall plan for my health.

AVery well, the surgeon was excellent and the procedure went flawlessly. I am now fully recovered and I think everyone was very helpful. This was done in 2015. Nothing since then.

ADr. Steven Chang and his staff are an amazing group of people. He spent a considerable amount of time before the surgery explaining what had happened, what they planned to do to fix it, what the surgery could entail, recovery times, expectations, and then when my wife and I had more questions spent time during a follow-up visit making sure our concerns were fully addressed. One pleasant surprise was that the surgery ended up being less complex than originally thought, and my recovery time has been quite a bit less than expected.
Follow-up visits have been very uplifting, and my recovery continues to go along very well. Dr. Chang, Dawn, Frances and the entire staff at the Chandler and Phoenix locations are wonderful to work with. G*d forbid anyone should have to go through this, but if you do this is the place to go.

AMy mother had received treatment at other locations in the past and they had either been ineffective or, if anything, made her conditions worse. After being treated in Generations world class psychiatric care unit, my mother was balanced and normal for the first time in years. It has been a blessing and I can't say enough good things about Generations.

ACenter For Spinal DisordersThey had a very calming office environment. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They did not jump into treatment we did not need.- Missy S.

ABanner Thunderbird Medical CenterThe hospital was clean. Everybody from the guy that got us in up to the brain surgeon were amicable, friendly and informative. Everyone there seemed very proficient and their facilities were very nice. I do not know how to grade their office environment because I spent most of my time in the neurological ICU but the environment there was very nice. The surgeon was a little slow but we have not had one bill that we paid for. We would absolutely use their services again in the future if we need to.- Colleen F.

ABarrow Neurological InstituteI saw Dr. Bomprezzi. My experience was wonderful. Before he became my doctor I had a long involved question and he was the doctor on call and he called me back and talked to me for 30 minutes. He's still done that since he became my doctor. He gives you whatever time you need to explain things and answered questions at an office visit or if you call in a question. One of those time I was in a nursing home after a car accident and he was spelling names of medication and making sure I had everything I needed and this was at 8:00 at night. He's very knowledgable and always helpful.- Shelly B.

APolinsky, Dr. Michael N.Dr Michael Polinsky is very personable. He is excellent. He is a good surgeon. He explained things very well. His staff is good. In comparison, and I talked to several spine surgeons, he was very personable.- BEVERLY A.
-
ASpetzler, Dr. Robert F.He is one of the most competent neurosurgeons in the world. He talked about my health. He was so knowledgeable. He did some special scans and he asked me if I was in Vietnam. He could figure out what the problem was by asking the things happened 20 years. 1 out of 20 survives the operation and I was one of them.- Bob D.
-
AThomas, Dr. Harvey G.He is kind, smart and communicates with you in a way you can understand. He recommends lots of things and only occasionally is it surgery. My wife was the chief of anesthesia and I asked her to recommend someone for me and she said Dr. Thomas.- CHARLES L.

APaul Francis MD,FACSI do talk to them from time to time. The nice thing is that if I have a crazy question, there is no problem with my calling and he will call me back and give me an answer even if he is not seeing me at this minute. He is always available to make me feel better. I have referred people to him and I know they had been happy. I like the fact that he is very kind and he is nice. I took my husband there and I thought he needed cervical spine surgery and Dr. Francis said we did not have to do it because it will not change anything. He did not want to put us through it saying it is just stressful to the body. There are a lot of doctors you go to and before you step inside they tell you you need this kind of surgery. He has operated on me six times, none of which he wanted to do but it was necessary. I did not call him but he called me on a Sunday to see how I was doing. The staff is stunning.- A.J. R.

ATumialán, Dr. LuisPhenomenal experience. Much better than my expectations. He's incredibly thorough and professional. Very knowledgeable.- TOM T.

FPaul Francis MD,FACSMy wife has suffered from excruciating back pain for several months now. In addition, we had to put down our dog last week. Needless to say, my wife was not at her best. She was not as clear or as able to focus as she normally is. Dr. Francis showed no sympathy, did not want to listen to what she had to say, and if fact stated was firing her as a patient. He refused to give her a referral and abandoned her to her pain. If you like your doctors arrogant, smug, and uncaring, this is the doctor for you.- James N.
