    Steves Cycle
We contacted Steve's and my husband drove the bike over, sputtering all the way -- pretty much coasting it into the lot.  Steve's mechanic looked at it immediately and said they would work on it.   We had read previous comments and, knowing they are busy, anticipated the repair might take a couple weeks.  We confirmed our deadline as we needed it back for a long ride to Williams.  The following week we checked and he had not yet looked it.  The next week he did a cleaning he hoped might resolve the problem without having to rebuild.  He told us it was better but was still surging. We asked him to go ahead with a full repair.  The week before it was due, we contacted them and confirmed he would have it done on time.  My only suggestion to Steve's would be that they be a bit more proactive with calls on progress -- but then again, I'm impatient. On Tuesday of the week it was due, my husband picked it up and excitedly advised me it was working better than it ever had.  I rode it the following weekend to Williams and agree it is in great shape.  The best part was that the whole repair cost about $500 instead of the $1,200 it was going to cost at the dealer.  We have found a motorcycle mechanic for life on our bikes -- we currently have four, none of which are Harley's.

Personally picked up my 1999 Suzuki 1500 intruder and trailered it to his shop within short period of time of call. Ray repaired my bike in one day after I had told him there was no hurry. When I picked up my motorcycle it was totally cleaned from back to front and he changed my front light that was out. He explained everything and answered all my questions (knows his stuff). He had started my bike and it sounded perfect and asked me to take it for a test ride before actually leaving to assure there were no problems. Bike ran better than when I purchased it. He gives a full 90 day warranty on all parts and labor and is open 7 days a week 11am to 11pm. The work and price were excellent. I had several other mechanics look at issue with my bike and they could not fix it. I was so happy with his honesty and service. Will not go anywhere else. This is the place to go to, if you need a good honest mechanic.

WAY BETTER THAN EXPECTED.  STEVE AND HIS CREW FIXED THE LEAKS (NEW RUBBER ETC) AND DISCOVERED SOME OTHER PROBLEMS THAT I WAS IN TOO BIG OF A RUSH TO FIX THEN.  (HARD TO GET PARTS ETC).  THEY HELPED ME WITH THE PART NUMBERS AND SAID TO ORDER THEM (SOME ONLY AVAILABLE ON EBAY) AND RETURN WHEN THEY ARRIVE.  THEY WILL INSTALL.

Ray's a nice guy and did good work. We had a bit of a problem with getting parts, so it took a few weeks, but he was up front and showed us the emails from the parts distributor to show us that they had messed up the order. Once he got the part, he quickly had my bike back together and running great. He even took of the pickup/dropoff charge because of the part problem, as well as doing some extra work (cleaned bike, ID'd another problem and fixed it). I rated Ray lower on responsiveness and punctuality, but only because of the part problem that wasn't his fault.

These guys were great to work with. They knew that my motorcycle is my main form of transportation and that I needed it back as soon as possible. So, they worked with the insurance adjuster to get the claim process going. They ordered all the parts needed and replaced them within a few days. For the parts that were back-ordered, they installed similar parts so I could take possession while we waited until the final parts came in.  They got the back-ordered parts installed quickly and got me on my way.   Kudos go out to Allstate Insurance as well but ultimately it was the dedicated team at RideNow who got me back on the road quickly and safely.

    HARLEY-DAVIDSON OF CHANDLER
John Stapleton in Custom Chrome did a spectacular job of customizing my new Harley Fatboy. My bike has been invited to show in the 20087 World of Wheels. We went full custom on this bike, and the results were breathtaking. John worked with me and my ideas and provided guidance and facilitation that was second to none. Kristen Culver and Robyn Schneider in Motorclothes are extremely helpful and always seem to know their customers and what they would like and will also look good. Great Job, girls! Herman Cezara in Service (mechanic) was 100 times better than the average competent mechanic. John recommended him highly, and what a difference experience makes! Zack and Robert in Parts are always helpful and expedient in getting my accessories quickly.

Everything went very well.  They gave me a range of prices for the estimates and came in at the very bottom.  Very reasonable prices compared to other shops quotes.  Service was done very quickly and met agreed upon schedule.

I have been using Jason for approximately 9 years. He is very honest and reliable. He has done top ends, suspension tuning, sprocket, carb tuning, spoke replacement... I've never been displeased with his work or his price. All of my friends who use a professional shop for their motorcycle repair go to Jason.

    The Helmet Center
I recently was in a motorcycle accident and feel that due to their knowledge in safety gear I walked away in one piece. I have no doubt that they helped save me from severe and permanent injury. I currently am using them to repair my motorcycle and can't wait to get back on the road. The professionalism I have come accustomed to is already showing in the service side. I gave them my insurance adjusters notes and they contacted my insurance to work with them directly. They reprinted and emailed me receipts that I needed to turn in. Time was spent patiently explaining everything to me that needs to be done and as soon as I gave the ok the guy started making calls to order my replacement parts. I will submit a follow up once my repair service is complete.
