Limousine Service reviews in Phoenix

I had never hired a car services before. I saw that this company had many excellent reviews on Angie's List, and this is why I chose them. I telephoned to ask specific questions and the representative was very helpful.
I prepaid for the service and was able to add a tip for the driver so my parents would not have to provide this. I gave the flight information and the company watches for any flight delays.
I had peace of mind that my parents would not be stranded at the airport. My parents told me that the pick-up curbside went well, the car was Lincoln Town Car (comfortable and clean); the driver was an excellent driver, polite, and helpful.
I would definitely use the service of Provider name locked. again. The cost was $66, and that included a 20% gratuity, which I believe is very reasonable.

The service was great. The driver was punctual, professional, and very courteous. It was a different driver on the return trip, but the quality was just as good

Provider name locked. was hired for a birthday celebration 0n Sept. 7. My goal was to provide a memorable event for my wife, our daughters, & several of my wife's friends. I did not accompany them for the night out. I only set it up and paid the bill.
Price agreed upon in advance was $69/hr, plus tax & 20% tip, for approx. 6 hrs. 5PM - 11PM. They agreed to charge me just one way for the transit time between their PHX garage and my home in Goodyear. I assumed that the additional time for transit would be no more that 30 - 40 minutes based upon their disclosure that the car would be coming from their garage in PHX.
The day of the event I called to confirm the pickup time AND requested that paperwork be emailed to me in advance so that I would already be familiar with the contract and itemized charges. I thought this was Provider name locked. because the pickup can be a bit chaotic with cameras flashing & everyone getting settled. They declined & informed me that the driver would bring the forms. When he arrived, I signed a credit card authorization, but the only thing he left with me was a pre-printed TCL Rental Agreement; and actually he seemed unfamiliar with the pricing structure when asked.
The limo and service itself was acceptable; but just barely. The driver arrived 10 - 15 minutes late because he had a hard time finding my house! Not a good start for the driver! The exterior of the car was a bit dirty, although they claimed that it rained on the way over. After the event, the attendees reported that the bar area & glasses were less than pristine. A few minutes into the ride they informed the driver that the sound system was not working. This was apparently not a Provider name locked. user error, as the driver had to do some finagling to get it going.
Several days after the event, I noticed additional charges to my CC that I thought were excessive. Over the next week I repeatedly asked for clarification of the charges, but they declined and quit responding to my emails. I have found no record of their business name being recorded with any AZ State agency, nor did I find anything about them with the proper licensing authority, Arizona Dept. of Weights & Measures.
I made attempts in advance to clarify billing details. I asked multiple times after the event for the contact info for the Owner or General Manager; and for the itemization of charges that Provider name locked. to the upfront Visa charge of $489.00 and subsequent charge of $248.40. Forgetting any of the issues about the level/quality of service provided, I believe that I was over-charged. Because they failed to provide the appropriate detail of charges, I calculated the fees based upon 7 hours of use total ($69/hr), 20% driver gratuity, and an estimated 8.5% tax for a total of $620.66. Their total billing to me was $737.40, for a difference of $116.74.
I am quite annoyed and actually astonished at their unwillingness to provide details or Owner/Manager contact info. Therefore I have attempted to find out everything that I can about the company. I can find no registration of the company name, trade name, etc.; nor can I find any record of them being properly registered with ADWM.
