Provider name locked. was very personable and professional. He arrived for appointments on time. His work was very well done. He repaired several small malibu lights as well as installed some nice new lights. He was very careful in his work and even cleaned up all the small pieces for cable that had to be cut. Overall, a fabulous job.

This review would have been left earlier but we feared warranty repercussions. Should also note that it is obviously not our habit6 of leaving negative reviews. This company, however, is so deplorable in its business practices, we felt it just would be very wrong not to warn others. The following is our experience and our honest take on this company
We are frankly surprised there are any good reviews on this website for this company. Worst contractor we have ever used and we have done a lot of yard remodeling projects in our day. Pre-contract, great promises of excellent work ethics and incomparable knowledge and attention to detail, all of which are completely false representations. No or very limited supervision of workers and work being performed causing a litany of issues which then contractor refuses to fix and worse, walks off site unless payment is made for work not perfrormed per contract.. Pre-contract, stated mistakes happen but no worries -we will fix. don't believe them! Didn't tell us that they fix things only if we pay for their mistakes with a change order. Personal insults towards us, threatened to stop all work unless we paid for work not done and totally unwilling to compromise in any fashion. The problem is not the workers on site. The problem exists is the owner and management, who say they care deeply about giving you what you want but in actuality don't care in the slightest. The owner really cares only about one thing, getting his way and getting his money. Treating customers with respect and building trust is not in his repertoire, despite claims to the contrary on his website. If mistakes are made by his management team or his crew, it will either be ignored or you will be accused on being too picky. Let's put it this way: The owner's arrogance is exceeded only by his apathy, thoughtlessness and lack ethical moral code. He can talk a good story, and no doubt he will respond to this review in that same fashion (and likely insults). But if you have a large, complex project--"forewarned is forarmed." You will not only pay for things you want changed due to their negligence, carelessness and ineptness but also live with things that cannot be changed or which they refuse to change.
All of this is compounded by the fact that, in our case, the salesperson, (who had nearly all the contact with us during this project, not the the promised superintendent) while seemingly friendly, lacks organization skills, rarely if ever takes any notes, makes promises repeatedly on behalf of his company that he cannot keep and his company will not honor (representations by employees to customers obviously mean nothing to Provider name locked. ), is ineffective, and when called on misrepresentations made, resorts to personal insults. I am sure this makes it much harder for the owner to get the job done correctly, but that's on the owner. If he wants to hire personal friends who cannot deliver OR if he is only concerned about sales and making money even though he knows he salesman will say whatever it takes to get the sale, then he shouldn't attack the customer over mistakes that occur and the patron's discontent when promises are not kept!.
We checked the Registar of Contractors and saw no complaints at that time and foolishly relied on that as a good compass on picking a contractor. But unfortunately that can be very misleading. Others have no doubt been in our shoes in that we wanted to file a complaint with Registrar and didn't do so because we needed the project completed and the delays and beligerence it would have caused weren't palatable at the time. The proejct was already months overdue. In retrospect, it was likiely the wrong tact. A lawsuit that would havge drawn things out even farther, we were kind of put in a no-Provider name locked. situation, which I am sure this contractor relished and relies upon routinely.
All we can say is if you have a large or complicated project (or any project for that matter), you hire this contractor at your own peril. Perhaps those people leaving positive reviews here had much smaller or Provider name locked. complicated projects or perhaps the salesperson was much more thorough and honest in his administration of getting the job done. From our experience, however, we can't imagine anyone giving this company a high rating. Like anything else, you see the true measure of a person's character or a business's customer satisfaction philosphy when things are not going well, not when they are running smoothly.
What is incredibly sad about this whole situation is we started this project out with great hope and enthusiasm. This was supposed to be our dream home and backyard as you can see by the expense associated with it. We had several people watching this project and asking us how we like the contractor and their work. We tried very hard through much of this nightmare to hold back from any unfavorable comments, hoping things would all smooth out, because we want businesses in our community to do well and thrive. But the experience became so absolutely horrible that we just had no choice but to tell these people the truth of our experience and to never hire this company, as our own reputations were on the line. We, as business owners ourselves, don't understand this kind of business philosophy that puts all the effort into getting the sale but little concern or effort in completing the work as promised and satsifying the customer. This company's website says it is all about customer satisfaction. Well, be rest assured very little you read on this company's website has any validity at all.
Finally, we can only implore you to disregad any response that will very likely be forthcoming by the owner of this company. He writes well and seems very sincere; but while his words are silky, the ribbon woven isn't silk, it's cheap synthetic at best.

I've had Provider name locked. take care of my law for more than 4 years now. She started with me when I was out in Ahwatukee and I had the best lawn on the block. Now, she services my lawn in Central Provider name locked. and has picked up customers there. What is nice is she is always there and does not contract out work to this or that crew. I like consistency and professionalism. She clearly enjoys her work as well.
