  Reliable Glass

  We had a window in our home develop a crack and then shatter. I requested a quote through Angie's List and they called us back later in the day. They came the next day to look at the window and they provided a reasonable estimate. They had to order the replacement window, so it took about a week, but the technician was back out and replaced the window in about an hour. It was the same tech both times. He was friendly and did a great job. We would definitely use this business again.

  Robert provided absolutely fantastic service. I found it difficult to get any contractor's attention to fix my one broken window. (Safety tip: Don't keep your 8-foot step ladder set up just outside your windows during monsoon season!) I requested a quote through Angie's List. Robert called me promptly, made an appointment for a quote to fit my schedule only two days later. And then the job was completed just two days after that. Everything cleaned up and everything working great. Robert is prompt, professional, and very pleasant to work with.

  Shower and Bath Connection LLC

  Having had a bad experience earlier this year with a different company we were a little hesitant to try again. However, from start to finish we were so pleased with the work Lon and his crew did for us. Every person that came into my home was professional and highly qualified at what their job was to do. Besides the redesigning done in the master bathroom they also completed several unfinished jobs in the kitchen and built in a bookcase for us as well as doing some electrical work and creating a custom made linen closet for the bathroom and painting. We couldn���t be happier and will absolutely use them again when we make other updates in the future. I have little skill with design and colors so it was helpful to have someone guide me through the selection process of everything. I can���t speak more highly of everyone that worked so hard and in record time to make a room functional and attractive. Best remodel experience I���ve ever had!

  I am extremely pleased with the work and support from AZ Xtreme Glass. I went to AZ Xtreme glass when I was researching shower enclosures ahead of a bathroom remodel. I did all the remodeling work except counter tops and shower glass and it was my first time. We went to their offices, just off I-10 and Chandler and Nick (the owner) spent a lot of time with us discussion design options and understanding our project. He then asked me a crucial question: ���Was I planning to put a 2x6 in the wall to support the shower door?���. Well I wasn���t. But thanks to Nick I did and now have a sound design. He also gave me a lot of information about offsets and spacing that enabled me to complete my design. Then the shower pan arrived and the configuration was not what I expected. Bill at AZ Xtreme worked with me to ensure there was s design/configuration that worked before I went ahead with the shower install. When the time came to install the glass, the team arrived on time and did a great job. However, there was a small fit problem with one of the pieces . Don���t know whether it was a problem with the measurement of the manufacture. The installers did their best but it just wasn���t right. Two hours later, without me having to bug them, AZ Xtreme called me to tell me they had re-ordered the panel and would have it fixed within the week. (we were able to use the shower in the interim) One week later the shower is now complete and looks great. I would heartily recommend AZ Xtreme glass. Great pre-order support, great installation and great post-installation support. I do not know how any company could do a better job than they did.

  Frameless Glass

  I would stay away from this company. I have been waiting months for my shower glass to get installed. Never seen such incompetence. They came twice with wrong parts. Then the company was bought out. They have the new parts sitting in the shop but won't install it. Can't tell the truth. Incompetent and liars. Not a good combination.

They would send out a crew try to get done as fast as possible. I found Joel on Angie's list and are so glad I did. He is the owner and actually shows up with his crew. We plan to continue to use Joel to clean our windows. No need to look further.

  Lon and his crew were great to work with. We wanted design with function and Lon���s knowledge of products and materials along with his excellent craftsmen brought it all together. They were professional and courteous and always left things clean and tidy. We were consulted before any installation to be sure it met our specifications. We had one minor communication glitch and I made one phone call and it was taken care of immediately.

  Absolute Professionals Window Cleaning

  Everything was fine except for the bottom half of the bedroom sliding glass door was unfinished so it was probably just and over sight as I have always had an excellent job done by the owner and his crew. They are always on time and dress properly as they do their job. Very professionally without any mess. My employer now uses their services, also.

  CKBR

  We contracted with CKBR to remodel our 3 bathrooms. They have been at it for over 8 months and still have not finished. Bathroom #1 took 5 weeks; they said it would take 2-3. Bathroom #2 took 15 [fifteen!] weeks; they said it would take 5-6. They are still working on #3; it's been over 3 weeks since demolition, and they have had workers on-site only 3 half-days total. During the demolition, they caused damage to other areas of our house, e.g., water damage to ceilings and a wall, one of the workers put his foot through the dining room ceiling, and one worker was cutting Hardiebacker outside and cut holes in the exterior stucco. It took weeks for them to repair each of these. When they were delivering our custom bathtub, it ended up lying busted on the freeway because they didn't tie it down well enough. In fairness, CKBR is very good at two things: big promises and even bigger excuses. If you're lookig for work done in a reasonable time and a company that you can trust, look elsewhere.
