  • 2 root canals never got done he said he dint know which tooth too do because they were too close together so he decided for me to make the decision by how much pain each tooth was in for two weeks, when I went back in he prepped 2 teeth for temporarily crowns and did not even get impressions for permanent crowns and charged me $2,800 which I gave him all the money on second visit finally I went to a different dentist and returned to dr pafford with documentation from other dentist, he basically told me he's in debt and refunded me part of the money only $1,100 which was for the work he lied about that he never even started, Now I paid $1800 for I don't know what here I am about 2 years later still receiving bills that I owe him and I'm still in pain and out my money now have to go to a deferent dentist and pay again I don't know how he keeps all theses perfect reviews because he all over the place unprofessional disrespectful even about my deceased mother I was flabbergasted, he blamed my deceased mother that he lost customers because of his bad practices, and keeps changing his staff they don't even want to work with him there is no longer any love or respect in this dentist office

  • Excellent, Dr Bipar has been our dentist for several years. He is extremely proficient in all areas of dental work and I am so grateful he is my dentist. He has preformed laser surgery and periodontal bone implants plus crowns and fillings. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

  • Cleaning very good, Extraction was OK, Filling fell out and no offer was made to do it again.I was told the the tooth fractured and I would need it pulled. Also I was given the costs for the work if done.I had a problem my first visit where I was baraged by the Dentist with a menu of procedures that I needed and at more than I could afford. I felt very uncomfortable And responded to their survey accordingly. I was contacted by one of the owners and he asked that I give them another try(which I have done) Here's how I sum it up. Every time I go I see a different Dentist. The sales pitch is on as soon as they start with the xrays. On the way out you meet with a cost estimator and you are consulted on the costs if you decide to have work done and the various financing plans they have available. They try hard to get you to commit to a finance plan. It reminds me like I'm car shopping and being pressured to sign now.I am 78 years old have has many Medical Problems and expenses the past years and am on a fixed income. I am very uncomfortable with that part of their business. The Office Personnel as well as the Techs and Hygenists are all very friendly and Caring. I doubt I will use them again.

  • The process went very smoothly. Dr Schwartz explained every step to me very clearly. I went back to the office for the veneers to be put on and I could not be happier. Dr Schwartz did an amazing job. I get compliments all the time about my smile.

  • Seriously Dumb!!! Went in around ending of June can't remember the date- for a cleaning asked if I could have some work done on 3 teeth! They were really cool and dentist Asian guy fixed it!!! I was excited payed full payment of $473.40 because that's what showed up on my credit card Bill! Well to my surprise when I went home getting ready for bed "COULDN'T FLOSS those 3 teeth" So I assumed "hey give it time probably still sensitive well" days later still feel discomfort. They call me to check if I am having problem and so I went in a week later to see what was wrong- because it's not normal in my mind "to not be able to floss because of pain after dentist visit!" So I went in and the "Dentist guy said "It's normal, and it looks like he may have hit a nerve when he did the filling's" "so come back in 2 Wks if it hasn't gone away" Ok 3 days after that visit I get a sensation tickling uncomfortable feeling in my left side of my top lip and gums around the Same area that they did work on!!!!! So again I say "it probably gonna go away" NOPE it doesn't!!!!!! Go in today it's been2 wks!!!! And I missed the 8:00 appt. They allowed me to come is at 9:30 they had an opening- went in dentist man "ask me where I have pain" blah blah blah taps on a couple of teeth and says "yeah looks like it hit a nerve" yay to me because "they didn't tell me that was a possibility before doing the work!!!!! " so then they give me a proscription for Pain- because I need to reschedule ANOTHER appt. Because NOW to my surprise looks like they hit a NERVE and due to The Asian guy hitting a NERVE I NOW need to pay for ROOT Canal, CROWNs for 2 teeth costing me $2990.00 ohhh but the benefits I get is that they take out the cost I paid in the beginning which in their records show $336.00 but my credit card showed $473.40 but if I make a payment of $564 down and for 3 months $188!!!!!! -I told the lady at the front "I didn't have all this discomfort before and now because I had work done I now have to pay to have it fixed" Crazy part is I didn't have any of this pain and all she said was "well that's the risk, because the nerve was so big" This place is Crazy!!!!! I didn't cause my pain!!! They did and now I pay way more to get rid of my pain!!! I didn't have discomfort when flossing, my lip didn't have a tingling pain when I moved it, and those teeth didn't feel so sensitive BEFORE I HAD WORK DONE- BUT it's my FAULT the dentist HIT a Nerve and I now need to pay for a ROOT CANAL, MORE FILLING's and CROWNS just for 2 they only gave me the price of 2 teeth even though I payed for 3 and they caused the pain!! -seriously this place has got to be joking me!!! I didn't need a Root Canal and crown before the Guy did the work, Nor did I have the discomforts I am feeling Now in my Lip, Gums and Not even Able to Floss Now !! -So because the Dentist guy Hit A Nerve "If you didn't know it is a big possibility" but they don't tell you that!!! He hit a nerve causing me pain NOW I need to pay MORE MONEY!!!!!!! Thanks a lot!!!! -I payed up front just to SUFFER and need to really find a dentist to fix the work of what that dentist guy did to me!!! Thanks--- -Wrote a yelp review, CEO wrote to me! Guess what I called he listened! All it did was go in One ear and out the other!!!! So now it's aug 17, 2017 I have More pain, my Teeth are Extra sensitive to cold Drinks and the wind( I know it sounds crazy! But it really is and it's so painful) I didn't cause my pain! The dentist asian guy said "he may have hit a nerve, so if it still causeing pain come back and we can fix it" that's what I was told!!! Now it's "Your tooth had a really deep cavity and that's the risk" NO NO CORRECTION my chart shows different!!!! It didn't need a root canal or a crown in any of those teeth before i got the filling!!!! And because the dentist guy hit a nerve causing the nerve to be inflamed Now I need to pay more money to get it fixed 3x more then what I payed! And that's only for the 2 Teeth- he messed up on 3!!! "Oh but the great news I am getting a discount" by using the payment I gave for the filling!!!! -They didn't warn me of the possibility of something else going wrong- all they said when I went back because of my discomfort when I floss was "it's normal, and that he my have hit a nerve cause it to be inflamed" oh "but it should go away" -this is not right!! I need to pay more money to get something fixed that wasn't hurting before and Pay more money to Fix what the dentist messed up on!!!!!

  • They were very good. They seemed to know what they were doing. They referred the root canal to someone else. I came back and I actually have one more thing to do and it'll be done. It was like a 3 visit deal. The visit was about an hour.

  • They found something in the X-Ray. My favorite dentist that used to work here, is now gone. This place advised me that it would be around 8,000 to fix the issue. I went to another dentist (Endodontist/Specialist), who provided better X-Rays. They gave me the best diagnosis, and informed it would be around $2,000 to fix. I just wish they would have told me to go to a specialist, instead of telling me what they thought it would cost.

  • Because she sometimes get confused, I called the office before her appointment and explained her dental issue. Her assisted living home brought her to the doctor's office and took her home after the appointment. Dr. Kokodynski himself called me after her appointment to explain what he found and gave me a referral to a dental surgeon.

  • It didn't, I tried to have work done on a crown, and they refused to correct their mistakes. This dentist has been disciplined in terms of a letter of concern by the Arizona Board of Dentistry on October 4, 2013.

  • They got me in with a cleaning for only $25. They told me I had 10 cavities. I hadn’t been to a dentist in just 2 years and I didn't think that was right. The bill to repair this cavities was $1,657! I didn’t think 10 cavities sounded right so I got a second opinion. The second dentist I went to said I had only 1 cavity. In order to get the x-rays transferred to the second dentist I had to pay a $50 fee.
