Phoenix Countertop Installers Reviews

"We were unhappy with the lack of information and assistance provided by the first fabricator we contacted so we turned to Angie’s list for help. In reading the rave reviews about
Phoenix Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
& Granite, we decided to contact the company and request a quote for the purchase and fabrication of our countertops. BJ arrived on time, was very courteous and respectful, answering all our questions, providing valuable information, and much needed reassurance. After he completed his measurements he recommended 3cm, granite or quartz, and purchase one (1) slab of the size and dimensions he provided. The other fabricator said we would need two (2), 2cm slabs. After selecting our granite, we contacted BJ to set a final measurement appointment. In less than a week, BJ and his crew arrived with the finished product, completing installation the same day. The members of his crew were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Their craftsmanship was superb. We are extremely happy with all facets of work performed by
Phoenix Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
& Granite. We found BJ to be trustworthy and honest. It's nice to see a company that still cares about the service they provide. We appreciate his referral for plumbing work, and have contacted
Phoenix Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
to do our tile and backsplash. We will definitely recommend
Phoenix Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
& Granite to others and will use them for our future remodeling projects. The entire process was a pleasure.

"Overall a good experience. The owner, Praveen, and the rep, Art, were very responsive. I picked out my slab from a granite seller not connected to this installer. Although the estimate was for one slab, the color did not match exactly and I had to buy two slabs total. That was an unexpected expense, but I was particular that it matched exactly. Also, Custom installed the sinks in kitchen and bath. Everything was on time and they cleaned up after everything. Their installers are very professional.

"I called
Phoenix Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
on November 22 to see whether they would repair the piece of our counter that had pushed up and broken. They asked for pictures to be e-mailed. I sent those. They thought the crack looked too small and too close to the wall for them to repair. I explained that the photos just could not capture the problem and that it was a major crack/break.
Further communications were by e-mail. I was under the impression that they would try to fit the project in in the next few days -- of course Thanksgiving was coming up, so I thought it might be more than a couple of days. I said that since we are retired, our schedule is flexible. I did not hear anything from them until an e-mail on December 17 asking for my phone number and saying that if it worked for us someone might be able to come that very day!
Two technicians came a few hours later, and really did a great job of fixing the problem -- it was more than I had thought they would do. I thought they might just seal the area, but he took out the broken piece, smashed it up, and used the result to fill the hole that was left, then sealed that all up. It looks terrific! He also sealed all the areas where water might be getting into the cabinet (the problem was right behind our sink), as a measure of preventing future problems. The original problem had been caused by wood below the counter swelling and pushing up the granite.
The work took the two of them a couple of hours. They left the area clean. I was really pleased with their work and with the professional attitude -- the lead technician also advised about a potential problem at out other sink and how we might take measures to protect against it. I thought the cost was very reasonable -- - especially since it is hard to find anyone willing to do this kind of work at all.

"I called them and did get a call back. I wasn't home and I returned the call. I provided the number of square feet of countertop needed and a name of a granite that was on their website. I was told they didn't carry that granite so I selected a different one. The person I spoke to couldn't give me any price information. I was told a salesperson would call me back. That never happened. I wasn't able to get any pricing information was this company.

"I initially used

-- because of his years of experience,
Phoenix Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
was able to make some good suggestions, he knew what to do, he knew how to do it, he worked quickly, and he did quality work. What’s more, I had

either recommended companies (such as the architect and the surveyor), or scheduled people (including concrete workers and roofers) and over-saw their work.

"Went by the showroom and picked out the flooring and the counter tops We had been looking and knew approximately what we wanted.
Phoenix Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
the salesman came out and gave us a quote. Very personable. We accepted their bid for the work and went to granite shop and picked out our slab of granite. Approximately four days after signing the contract, the tile guy
Phoenix Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
came out did the tear out, next day laid the tile, the next day did the entry way design, next day did the grout. The following day, the counter top were brought in by Superior Stone.
Phoenix Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
and
Phoenix Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
were very nice, it took about half a day to put the counter tops on..the plumber came that same afternoon and hooked up the dishwasher and the new sink. The next day the carpet guy came and tacked down the carpet next to the tile. So I thought - after a few months living in the house, the carpet started to come up , when we checked it out,, the tack strips weren't even glued down,, the job was a total mess regarding the carpet put back against the tile. And regarding the tile, at an entry way to a room, tile cracked after someone walked on it,, evidently, there was no support under the tile.
.. It took six days to complete... 10 days from the date contract signed. Even though things looked good on first glance, after living on it for a few months, things began to be noticed... I will know next time I hire someone to save my opinion for later.

was pretty awesome. We bought a house and I decided to tear out the old kitchen. I was originally going to just do laminate but I wanted something that would look great and last for a long time!
This is my first time using Angie's List and was pleased. The guy who came out and measured was nice. There were 4 styles to chose some with the choices that came with the deal. I chose the Sunset Gold countertop. There was a couple of different variations of the sunset gold. The one that came in was a little bit different than the picture and was actually better looking than what I initially saw. They came over and started cutting out front and they almost finished. They came back in the morning and finished it up. Overall it looked really nice. The only complaint was that the sink was not cut how I told them to cut it. But it is not that big of a deal anymore. The work looks great.

"We began by visiting the showroom to see samples and ask questions. At that time we scheduled an appointment with one of their designers. The designer came out and helped us make a choice on style and color, then she scheduled an appointment for the template to be made. The template was made on a Wednesday, and the counter was installed the following week. Installation was completed in less time than expected. The installers were prompt, professional, and did a great job with clean up at the end of the job. The counter top looks great."

"I couldn't be more thrilled with the job performed by
Phoenix Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
, as I feel I got the best value for my money as compared with other, larger general contractors.
Phoenix Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
is a smaller company, and they have an excellent work ethic, and bring a great deal of integrity to the performance of their work.
They were always on time, were here when they said they would be, had excellent design ideas, and saved me money on expensive materials (ceramic tile, custom cabinetry & countertops). I now have the kitchen of my dreams, and would have had to pay more (and get less!) if I had gone with one of the larger contractors! Also, the energy and enthusiasm they brought to their work is what convinced me to use them in the first place, because they got excited about my remodel job, and made me feel that they genuinely cared about the result I would end up with. I did not get the same feeling when talking with several of the other, larger companies I originally considered (who, conversely, made me feel that my remodel job was one in a hundred, and was inconsequential).
I am absolutely thrilled with the quality of the work performed by
Phoenix Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
, and with the value dollar for dollar. I WILL use them again in the future for any remodel or repair job in my home, and I strongly recommend them to any home or business owner who cares about the quality and value of repair or remodel services performed in their home or place of business!!!
