    John Shaw Home Improvements
Everything went very well. John made a date when his crew to do the job.. They were on time and did a wonderful job. When everything was finished they cleaned up and you would never know they had all the covering over the windows, etc. I was very pleased how the finished project turned out. Everything looks great! John was very easy to work with.

    Blue Horizon Excavating & Grading
The owner was able to fit me into his schedule and arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Within two hours he had the hill leveled out throughout my yard and even smoothed everything down by hand afterwards. Definitely would hire again for any future excavation and/or grading work.

    Imperial Excavating LLC
Everything about working with Imperial Excavating was great. Justin and Fatima answered all questions and explained the process. The crew that came out worked amazingly hard, were punctual, cleaned up after finishing and finished the project ahead of schedule. The crew was so precise with the demolition that the pavers that were touching the pool deck that was removed weren't damaged.

    Lawson Family Plumbing Inc
We had several "experts" out to find the source of random, intermittent sewer odors in the house, even going so far as to do a sewer line video and smoke test--more than once! The "experts" were never able to get to the bottom of it, and the smells persisted. We wanted to sell the house but it was impossible with the bad odors. After tons of research, I called Lawson Family Plumbing. They did what the other "experts" did, but better. They found three or four MAJOR issues the others completely missed. The house is now free of the sewer smells. This was an expensive project--once they find pipe breaks with a smoke test, they have to repair the pipes then do the smoke test again, but they charged a discounted rate for the second and third test. In all, they had to jackhammer the kitchen floor and dig down 3 feet to dig out the kitchen drain line (they refilled the hole and repoured the concrete slab), replace all the drain line from the sink past the 90 degree angle turn, and cut a couple holes in the drywall to get at other pipes, reset a toilet, and redo a vent pipe that went through the roof, among other things. The price tag was big (Tim said we won the prize for "most pipe breaks"), but without this work the house was unrentable and unsellable. Tim knows how to do a thorough smoke test, which others cut corners on. I hope we never have another issue like this again, but if we do, I will not hesitate to call Lawson Family Plumbing again.

    John Shaw Home Improvements
John was punctual and very clear on the process and materials used. The work was completed quickly and was beyond my expectations. I have seen other neighbors around have their house painted and they were no where near the quality that John's team provided. He was able to work with my schedule and get the job completely quickly and quality. They went above and beyond fixing and sealing the foundation and repairing the stucco. Will use this company again for roof and interior painting.

Complete Plumbing & Drain Services, Inc.
All went well once problem was solved of not being able to repair old system. Clint and family (that came out to help) were great. Clint is a very hard worker, ethical, knowledgeable, trustworthy to what he says and very respectful. Clint also, explains what he is going to do, why hes doing it that way and how everything works. His price was very reasonable and he was very true to his word. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

    John Shaw Home Improvements
John called the same day I requested a quote and arrived the following morning. He thoroughly explained the work his firm would do. They would power wash the house; fill in the missing outer surface of the foundation and seal it with an elastic coating to prevent future erosion; scrape the damaged trim, fill in cracks and seal as the wood was still good and did not need replacing; attempt to repair the gutter at no cost as a first step and return and replace if it did not work; paint the interior. The price seemed reasonable and we liked what he said so much that we accepted and cancelled the other potential quotes. John was very helpful and patient while we decided on paint colors and went to great length to match the color of the slump block for the foundation and garage door paint. His workers were very professional and cleaned up thoroughly. The results are beautiful. The wood that originally looked so bad now looks almost new! So far, the repaired gutter is holding up. We would definitely use John Shaw Home Improvements again and have already recommended them to several friends.

It was MORE than I could have ever hoped for!! Its like they knew what I was trying to accomplish, even before I knew. The suggestions on color were amazing! I have had three people stop and ask for their number in less than 24 hours of complaining the project. Thank you for the amazing transformation!!

    Premier Concrete Resurfacing LLC
I wasn't happy with the job that Flatline Concrete Grinding had done on my living room floor. To my mind it didn't meet the flooring material's specifications (just not as flat as I thought necessary). Having the perfectionist's affliction, I decided to find a concrete grinding specialist who was not satisfied with "good enough". After some online research and customer review gathering, I ran across Adis Nuhanovic at Premier Concrete Resurfacing and invited him over for an audition and pricing. I thought, "this guy sees things the way I do". Moving forward, I went ahead and had him regrind the floor. It came out great this time. To all perfectionists or to anyone who demands the job be done correctly, I highly recommend Premier Concrete Grinding; they go the extra 10%. And a word to the wise: don't pay for the same job twice if you can avoid it. Have Adis do it and just pay once.
