It's excellent.  I've used them twice and I was very pleased with their care.  You have an emergency and you go there.

They were very thorough and they communicated very well. Every member of their team asked me how I was doing and were very kind. They are very up to date as far as equipment. They are excellent.

They just redid their emergency room, so it wasn't bad at all. I wound up staying over night, and it was a good experience.

    Doctor's Best Immediate Medical Care
Office was great. Went straight to room. Very attentive, happy, kind and concerned staff. Had x-ray to confirm pneumonia. They called antibiotics in to pharmacy so I would not have to wait for it to be filled. Highly recommend.

    Doctor's Best Immediate Medical Care
I have visited this facility several times over the past couple of years. Originally it was for convenience when my own doctor was out of town and his staff recommended Dr. Winkley. Subsequent visits were also for convenience on weekends and when I didn't want to wait for an appointment with my family doctor. Importantly however, in addition to convenience, my experience with Dr. Winkley and his staff is such that I have complete confidence in the high quality of care they provide. The facility is very well organized for optimum efficiency. Every single team member I have dealt with is professional in their demeanor, clearly competent in their responsibilities, and friendly and personable to engage with. Most of all, Dr. Winkley inspires confidence that he is totally focused on me and my medical issue. He does this by demonstrating he has reviewed my file before seeing me, asking a lot of pertinent questions and engaging in a serious dialog to settle on the optimum course of treatment. I have as much confidence in him as I have in my own family doctor who is excellent and I have seen for over 15 years. I also like the fact that the staff always follows up with a phone call (sometimes multiple calls) to ensure that expected progress is made. Only one caveat: The quality of their care is no longer a secret; they can get very busy and wait times can exceed an hour. While they do not make appointments it is best to call ahead to see how busy they are before heading in.

It's a walk-in clinic. I go there because they are convenient and fast. The staff is nice and helpful. The people there are very pleasant.

Convenient accessible health care when you need it. Minimal waiting, easy registration, caring professional staff. They actually care enough to call you the next day as a follow up.

    Pioneer Urgent Care
Pioneer Urgent Care popped into my mind vs. going back to the E.R. because i just had a few concerns I wanted to ask a doctor about a medication, mild pain, etc. At Pioneer, I filled out the paperwork, and one of the nurses reviewed my info. She took the time to call me over and ask details about the E.R. visit and my questions. Hearing the details, she very honestly said the Doc probably wouldn't be able to answer the question about the medication, and if i could - maybe try to wait to call the specialist in the a.m. OR if things got worse, re-visit the E.R. The way she explained this all, in much more detail, really made sense. (and she wasn't trying to rush me out of there, she really took time to explain, etc.) In this world where some companies seem to want to and quot;process your paperwork without really reading it, and turn you into their revenue as quickly as possibleand quot; ... this nurse obviously READ my paperwork, asked me for more details... it wasn't about my money. I would not hesitate to come back to Pioneer with a future issue where they could help me, great first impression.

They are very patient, if they have to repeat the answer to a question many times they will do it if you are stressed. They are not afraid to tell you why. The whole office is great. They will tell you no for a reason.
