  • I called Provider name locked. Service Center to inquire about having my old garbage disposal removed and replaced with a new one. Provider name locked. was able to do the work the same afternoon. He arrived when he said he would and did the work within half an hour. He is professional and friendly. He also informed me of some features of this brand of disposal that I hadn't known before. The price was $50-$75 less than other estimates I had gotten. He left the area clean and asked if I wanted him to dispense with the old machine that he'd removed.
  • This provider I reached out to after finding them on Angie's List. I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time and received a 4 PM to 7 PM service window. I left work early to get home for this appointment and then called on my way home to find out that the repair man was running late and would be closer to 5:30 to 6:00. The dispatcher said she'd have the tech give me a call with a better ETA. After not getting a call back, I called again and the dispatcher gave me the tech's number. The tech then called back my wife, which was the phone number I gave as the backup number, instead of calling me (the primary number given as I scheduled the appointment). He coordinated with my wife the 5:30 to 6:00 ETA and she said no problem, that would be fine. I then around 6:00 called the technician again just to get an updated ETA and left him a voicemail to not worry if he's on the later side, that I'd still be here and that I'd be happy to give him directions if he was lost. By 6:30, I still hadn't heard anything from either the tech or the dispatcher. Since it was now after business hours, I could only leave a message at the office. Now, quite aggravated after zero communication that they might have decided to cancel the call, I tried the tech a couple more times and every time he clearly sent my call to voicemail, ignoring me. By 7:15, I realized that I was totally blown off and so I'm sitting here quite aggravated writing this review now.
    The best part of all this? They took a $55 deposit for the appointment on top of wasting my time. So, I paid a non-refundable deposit and took off early from work for a no-show appointment that the company didn't even want to give me the courtesy of communicating about. This is probably the worst service experience I've had in years. I will be sharing this review with Amex to get my deposit back and using another provider. What a horrible company.

  • I called to schedule an appt to have an oven fixed. The person I spoke with wanted me to secure the appt with my credit card. I find this to be a bit unusual. Never have I had to give credit card info in order to get a service person to come out. When I told him that I was not comfortable giving him my card info and that I planned to pay the $50.00 service charge in cash, he increasesd the service charge to $70.00. This company penalizes cash customers by charging more! Why???
    When I objected to their unfair pricing practice the person was rude. I was forced to cancel my request for service and hang up.
    This was my first experience on Angies List and it was not a pleasant one!!
